Bevor meine Bestellung angekommen ist, hatte ich ein paar Fragen die mir direkt beantwortet wurden. Die Qualität der Ware ist perfekt und ohne Mängel. Die Verpackung ist einzigartig mit ihren sämtlichen kleinen Details und schönen Extras. Im allgemeinen von der Bestellung bis zur erhaltenen Ware lief alles reibungslos und war perfekt. Man merkt das sich Mühe gegeben wird!

I made a custom purchase. The seller tells me my pendant is gonna take 3-4 weeks to make. But end up with 5 months now. He telling me he send the pendant but too the wrong customer. So now im here 5 months later and still havent recive my pendant. And now they are telling me you cant refund if its custom pendant after there are trouble they tell you that so i fell Like its a scam. A big mistake i made lost my money on it and a son who is now mad at me for not making the pendant for his birthday that was 5 months Ago

So if you want to buy a gift for someone order it 1 year early cuz its maybe gonna be there and dont forget no refund

I also did not get a ordernumber/tracking number nothing so you dont even know where it is
