I absolutely love this they smell great

I love my new Inscense Waterfall it comes me and the sents are great.

i relly enjoy my waterfall. it really helps me unwind at the end of my day

Personally i liked the way the smoke went through the waterfall but it smelled like marajauna and gave me a horrible headache not sure how to return though!

The inscents waterfall is absolutely fantastic! I love all the scents and enjoy watching the scents as they swirl around through container. It is absolutely relaxing and the cone scents are not strong and overbearing. I'm glad I made the investment in this wonderful product.

Never ever seen anything like this before this is so cool and relaxing I've been using instance for a long time very neat thank you.

SCAM. They quoted with the 70% off sale the total would be 19.95 before taxes yet they charged one amount of 65.00 and another of 20.00. Contacted them on instagram since thats how i made the order but got a bunch of offers and was denied getting a refund. So instead i called them just to be told they already sent the order out so id have to wait to get then pay out of pocket to ship it back to them so i can get a refund. Do not waste your time or money ordering from this SCAM named Incense waterfalls.

Ordered a product on 11/27/21 says it was shipped and in transit delay since 12/13/21. I have emailed them 3 times and I get the same response every time -

They have not issued a refund nor will they respond with anything different. Thank goodness I used my Discover and have made a dispute against the charges. Hopefully they will stay reversed once they see that this company is a sham.

I got an ad about them on Instagram so I asked if they're cat/aquarium safe as I have a cat and a lot of fish. If you don't know, fish can be really sensitive to incense, candles, etc, and obviously cats as well.

I got this response from them:
Hi! Our back-flow cones is pet friendly, but some pets can be very sensitive to smoke. Their lungs are often more sensitive than ours. Some don't seem to have problems, but it's hard to know whether it is bothering them. It would be recommended to provide adequate ventilation in the room and be sure not to do it. Additionally, be sure they can leave the room if they choose to.

That's a really long/weird way of saying it's pretty toxic to pets. It's likely they're toxic to me as well.

Placed order on 12/9/2021. As of 12/22/2021 it has not even been processed for shipping. I contacted their customer service and get this non-sensical reply:
"Kindly wait for 305 business days for the movement. Also, below are our delivery timeframes. We make sure we fulfill all orders in 24-48 hours and load them to our partner couriers"

I ordered 2 of the large incents burners which I should have gotten to bags of incents. These are Christmas gifts and one will not get incents. Please send me my bag of incents so I can wrap the presents. I already let you know about this and you sent me a text saying only one bag an order. Not so. Everything I read said one bad with every burner. If I had bought one at a time I would have gotten one with each order. Please send ASAP as I said its a Christmas gift.

Excessive extra charges added to original order! I placed an initial order with 100 free cones during checkout several other items were added before I could selectively remove them during checkout. I called the company, received several emails with offers. Sent an email of the warehouse address: did not receive an address, only more offers. I am out $85.00 at this point and I REGRET ever hearing of them. This company is criminal.

The box was damaged and the waterfall inside it. The cones were crushed too, even though it was bubble wrapped. Called the company immediately to report it and they gave me a new order number for the replacement. Right now I'm just waiting for them to give me the new tracking number. Your customer service rep. was very pleasant and efficient with resolving the issue. Glad I spoke to her.

This is suitable for my study, bedroom, and yoga studio. Love the scent of each cones that was packed separately. I received total of 300 scented cones. It's a bit pricey compared to other seller but it's worth it. You should come up with more scents.

Please do not buy from this company!

I ordered an incense waterfall, at a cost of £17.94, as a gift for a friend, but soon afterwards I discovered she already had something similar, so emailed them to request they cancel my order. They responded by telling me they would throw in extra cones or give me a $10 discount. I refused to accept that, so they emailed me back to say they would give me a £10 discount. The next day I discovered they had shipped my original order plus some extra things I hadn't ordered at a total cost of £65.93!

I immediately contacted PayPal and they very promptly decided in my favour and gave me a full refund. That was such relief as I definitely couldn't afford to lose that amount of money.

This is a very dodgy company, so please avoid at all cost!

If you particularly want an incense waterfall, you can purchase them much more cheaply elsewhere.

After purchasing all I read was negative feed back so thought I got scammed. But after 2 weeks my 2 waterfall insence burners with 100 cones arrived. Thankyou perfect deals happy customer right here. Justine goodger from New Zealand

Absolute scam, paid £17.99 for burner and 100 cones, when I checked the next day they had taken a further £47.99 from my account nearly an hour after the original order. Apparently this was for 200 cones. I have sent countless emails and asked for refund but won’t hold my breath. Avoid at all costs I see I was lucky some people have had over £100 taken from there accounts

If you don’t want your house to smell like a bonfire then I’d advise not buying the inscents waterfall, the smoke didn’t trickle down like on the pictures it just blew smoke out all over and stank of burning, there was no pleasant aroma and as for health benefits that they claim it gives you , all it gave me was a sore throat and a headache . I contacted the company to return it and get a refund as the ad stated you get a 60 day trial and if you’re not happy it’s easy returns for a full refund, but all I got was offers of money off more cones that might suit me better, like some all natural cones even though all the cones are supposed to be natural! it took many emails from me until I was eventually offered a 30% discount off what I paid which I took because it would have cost me more to post the waterfall back , but the refund didn’t include the cost of the postage that they charged , so I didn’t even get 30%back really .
I’m really not happy and definitely won’t be buying from these ads that pop up on social media in future . Lesson learned!

Steer clear of this company. Worst customer servce imaginable. I only gave this company one star as I couldn't give zero or minus!
Ordered a waterfall and cones on the 2nd June. Now 7th August and no delivery.
I checked the tracking number they gave me only to find it had been delivered to another town, and the person had refused to accept it and it was then sent to Basildon over 100 miles away. ???? I am presuming that is Royal Mails depot.
Contacted customer services who insisted it had been delivered, when asked what address they had sent it to, no response. I emailed them several times and just to be told to check my neighbours in case they had taken it in. I explained that my neighbours like me do not live in the town it was sent too! I was then told to go to my local depot and chase it up! Which I could not do as I have no idea what address they sent it too in the first place.
After a couple of weeks I thought I would try again and this time I contact with a chap called Drew, who seemed helpful at first. Had the usual conversation that it had been delivered, but I explained it went to the wrong town. Eventually, Drew said they would reprocess the order. That was over two weeks back, still nothing and now no one will even answer my emails.
If you have ordered and received one of their products, then consider youself lucky. Advice DO NOT BUY from these people, because if there is a fault or problem then forget it.
