I haven’t received my order. Have been unable to track it as Royal Mail say they’re ’expecting it’. Have emailed them twice and have received no reply. If I could give less than one star I would.

Update 6 December: I have emailed many times now. This company refuses to answer my requests. Refuses to refund my money and I still haven’t received the goods. I cannot claim cashback from my credit card as it’s below £100. Do not deal with this company.

As a result of this review I have eventually heard from this company. It seems I will get a refund.

I have been ordering from The Intelligent Health for 3 years now. Their customer service has always been excellent. Very prompt in replying back and sorting delivery issues.

I have tried to get hold of them for 2 weeks and they have not replied at all to my numerous messages

When I received my order one of the bottles seal was not intact. I contacted the company & was told to discard the product & they would send another. Two weeks later u am still waiting! Have now asked for a refund instead but no reply! Very disappointed & won't order from them again.

Packaging looks tired. Wanted to return and refund. Emailed them back to refund but no reply. No phone number to contact.
Overall poor communication and if you buy something from them, you will have to keep it as return is impossible

They have not sent the correct order and have not reported to 3 messages to correct the order
