We are writing in response to the complaint filed by Carolyn Busacca which we have addressed many times already regarding her order placed on March 5, 2025, with The Irish Jewelry Company. We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter and provide clarification. We addressed this compliant she filed with BBB and they closed her complaint in our favor.
Upon reviewing our records, we can confirm that Ms. Busacca placed an order on our website under the email address xxxxxsacca@gmail.com. This email address appears to have extensive spam filtering settings, which may have resulted in legitimate emails being filtered into spam or blocked entirely.
We sent two email notifications regarding her order:
Order Confirmation Email – Sent on March 5, 2025, at 9:37 PM. This email confirmed her order details, including the amount charged ($142.98) and the transaction ID (#BY0P5F074EF6).
Shipping Confirmation Email with USPS Tracking – Sent on March 6, 2025, at 11:15 AM. This email contained the USPS tracking number 9400111206206599489xxx.
Her order was successfully processed and shipped via USPS Standard Flat Rate to the provided shipping address:

We strongly encourage Ms. Busacca to check her email spam or junk folder for these communications, as the notifications were sent promptly after her order was placed and shipped.

I purchased St Brigid earrings
I purchased St. Brigid earrings for my nieces confirmation and after I made the purchase I wanted to contact the jewler, I have not received the item and to my suprise they do not privide a phone number, which I find to be sketchy. I sent 2 emails, will someone please reach out to me. It is frustrating to make a purchase and you don't have the item and can't contact anyone. I will rate 3 stars to give you a chance to contact me and would appreciate a phone number. I may need to change my rating.
1/11/25 I am still waiting on a response and may need to cancel my order, this is unprofessional not yo provide a number to call and then not respond to emails. I will report to thr better business bureau soon if I do not get a response. I want to get this order in time for my Goddaughters confirmation.
I recieved my order but no response at all. Not responding shows a lack of professionalism and respect.

The jewelry I ordered is quite nice. The customer service was very lacking, and I wish I'd shopped elsewhere, as the entire transaction was a huge headache. This company does not reply to emails and there is no phone number with which to contact them if you have an issue.
Edit: During the Paypal dispute with this company, they claimed that they had sent me several emails. You can see in their reply that they say they were delayed in responding to me. They claim in a dispute with another customer that her email filter settings must be too strong. Odd that this company has so many problems with so many people, yet it's everyone else's fault.

My husband purchased 2 necklaces, one for me and one for my sister. They were Celtic knot for Sisters. I did not like them, as they were smaller than I had expected. I e-mailed the company multiple times as directed on their website. NO ONE answered me and you cant call this company! I do not understand the lack of response.

Make Sure you Get Paid Up Front
If you are a services company, and are providing work for the Irish Jewelry Company, please make sure that you are paid in full upfront.
We provided services to the Irish Jewelry Company, and after paying the onboarding fee, and performing the work that we agreed upon, we sent an invoice for the work that was provided.
The Irish Jewelry Company refused to pay the invoice for the work we completed, and stated that if we did not continue to improve her site (for free) she would dispute the charge and leave negative reviews of our company.
She ended up disputing the charge (which we won), and also proceeded to leave negative reviews that were simply not true.
Again, if you’re a services company like us, please make sure you are paid in full for the work upfront. We do not want you to fall into the same trap we did.

How unprofessional for a web development company to attack a customer's retail business with bad reviews because the owner complained about not receiving the service, they paid upfront for them to provide. Please be aware his company 121eCommerce charged a ridiculous sum to investigate and repair the sites checkout issue. 121eCommerce was fully paid-up front and continued to charge the corporate card without consent for a supposed pay as you go service. After 3 months, and a site full audit for $1200 and nothing getting fixed, they concluded our new site was irreparable and there was a need to build a new one with them for another ridiculous sum of $70,000. Long story short another developer was hired, a competent developer who fixed all checkout issues in under 5 hours for a minimal sum of $900 in total. It was a simple broken extension. The company simply wanted a refund for services clearly not performed.
Any web developer such as Benjamin Chafetz who feels the need to try to damage a former client's retail business a female owned business which he continually feels the need to point out over a professional service disagreement should speak volumes about their service and company's ethics.

Incredibly disappointed
Incredibly disappointed. I bought my husband the onyx claddagh bracelet for Christmas. It snapped in less than 24 hours. I’ve written 2 reviews for the company’s website, neither of which have been responded to, let alone published on the website... I find it disgusting that reviews go into “moderation”, never to see the light of day if they’re negative. Terrible customer service - avoid this company like the plague....
And now I receive a response like that.... wow! I have never received any communication from the company, advising me to return the item - or any response to my reviews. There has been no contact at all. And you have my email address, as well as the original reviews which you could have responded to.
I have no intention of ruining a small business - I did my very best to support you by buying from you in the first place! I’m just very disappointed in the customer service I’ve received. I am also entitled to tell others about my experience. Things go wrong, of course they do, it’s how businesses deal with them - and their customers who also work hard to earn their money in these awful times - that makes all the difference. This experience speaks volumes....
I take deep offence at the insinuation that I am trivialising the pandemic. How dare you.

Mrs Helen Hughes was advised on multiple occasions to return the item for free customer courtesy repair/replacement. To this date she has not returned it because it was shipped to the UK, an international purchase . As a basic jewelry company policy we do not ship replacement jewelry to customers without receiving the return purchase first.
It is unfortunate that Mrs. Helen Hughes would seek to try to harm the reputation of a small business during a time when small businesses are struggling and closing in record numbers by mocking and trivializing for personal gain the "plague" better known as the Covid-19 pandemic that has cost so many their lives and livelihoods.
Didn't hold up as hoped for
While the product on initial purchase was perfect, one of the diamonds has already fallen out even with extreme care.

poor quality, poor response
i purchased the celtic tiara stackable ring set. it arrived quickly, but it was damaged. a stone was missing. i sent it back over a month ago. i haven't heard anything from them. i have purchased other jewelry and never had a problem with the quality of it. i am very disappointed and probably never do business with them again.

Defective ring
I received my order two days ago and the ring is defective. I sent them 3 emails and asked for a response and I still have not heard back. There is no phone number to call and their “ live chat” site is unavailable so I am quite upset as this is a Christmas gift. Buyers beware there is no way to contact this company by phone.
