Once again I feel I have to mention that The ISCP is NOT a proper place for anyone to learn about Canine behaviour or training. They continue to deceive people into thinking they can finish one of their courses and go out to work with dogs in real life.
Even though they changed management, things have gone from bad to worse. Their Facebook group is full of people or shall I say "graduates" who haven't got a clue about what they are doing with their clients' dogs. This is very dangerous. What they are doing is causing permanent damage to dogs through their naive "good intentions" of using positive only methods that do not in any way fix the issue.
This is a money making scam. Do NOT fall for it. Avoid any school that preaches positive training only, because dogs are not humans and they need someone who is not afraid to discipline them.
Contrary to what they spout, the dogs do not get "traumatized" by discipline. Quite the opposite. They learn from experience and go on to lead good and happy lives. These people who call themselves "tutors" haven't got a clue about discipline. I believe most are childless mothers too.
You are better off watching the Dog Daddy or Cesar Milan videos on you tube, which by the way is "condemned" by these useless and inexperienced tutors.

Completed my level 5 in behaviour, mostly during lockdown. Learning materials are of good quality and assessments cover appropriate skills and knowledge. More than happy with the support received. Theory essential to support practical elements required for some modules and the thesis. The Facebook hub regularly shares relevant peer-reviewed research. Now enrolled on the level 6 course. A number of high profile alumni too!

Back in 2021 I earned my Diploma in Canine Behavior with the ISCP and along with it, the title Certified Canine Behavior Practitioner. This was through their online learning.
This program included the textbook, which was mailed to my home, online learning, essays, and research.
Instead on focusing just on training, it was focused on the whole dog including stages of development, fear and anxiety, body language, medications and behavior, enrichment, and so much more. I really got a sense for the holistic part of training and grew even more compassion for dogs by understanding them at a deeper level.
I enjoyed my education with the ISCP and used it as stepping stone in making my business and becoming a professional in the dog world.

Studied level 6 Advanced diploma in canine behaviour with the ISCP. Fully supported by my tutors (I had two in the 2 years it took me to complete the course.)
Ownership also changed twice from when I started.
Although there were changes, the tutors were fully supportive, course work was marked quickly and email responded to within a few days.
The course work was thorough, informative and, thought provoking with plenty of suggestions for additional resource's.
There are also a private Facebook groups with other students and tutors so you never feel isolated.
Enjoyed the course very much!
The ISCP promotes, Force free, fear free, ethics. And a high standard of education for professionals and caregivers.

Horrible company and learning material is just regurgitating essays with everything you can learn for free.
I tried to cancel my subscription because I am pregnant and suffering badly with HG which has effected my life and they refused to even let me cancel and are still taking money out of my account till this day. I've tried cancelling through the bank and they continue to dispute and take my money even though I'm not part of their course program.
They were extremely unhelpful to my situation and seem to just be a money making scheme like all other dog courses out there.
If you are into dog training, just buy books, practice with dogs and have safe morals. You do not need any "certification" unless it's been through a safe scam free educational system.
Do not buy into these courses.

I signed up for the ISCP & had a time of it: 3 changes of tutor in all, lockdown, bereavement, hospitalisation, job loss, house move. It was hard to put the necessary hours in for months at a time. I spent a lot of money on books, webinars & extra tutorials to give myself a thorough understanding of the terminology and theories you need to work with animals at a professional level: self taught is not good enough. Owning dogs, even big dogs, even 5 dogs, is not good enough.
You must know about Learning Theory, how domestication utterly changed the wolf. There's a good dose of neuroscience, to understand why dogs (& we) behave the way we do. You must be able to think critically and be able to construct essays to argue your point of view, with reference to applicable research.
You must be able to structure your timetable, and set up a habit of study if you're going to complete. The tutors will help if you are really lost, but you must put the work in, just like at a bricks & mortar college: nobody is going to remind you to study, remind you to put the hours in, or give you a multiple guess form and an achievement certificate. My level 6 essays took 4-6 wks each (20+ essays) & my dissertation took me 101 hrs (to design, undertake & write up a 50k word piece of original research).
You could buy the minimal reading list & get access to free online studies: you don't need to spend thousands to pass these courses.
I did waste a lot of money buying top rated dog training books off amazon: top rated does not mean top quality. Too many of the popular books are written by people who couldn't explain who Skinner, Thorndike or the Brelands are, or how operant conditioning is different to respondent conditioning.
While these are not practical dog training courses, they will give you a thorough grounding in the science behind animal learning. This is a crucial jumping off point whether you are fostering, training professionally, or just want to understand your own dogs better. The tutors have their own dog businesses, they are not actually just 'book learned'. Anyone who tells you that dogs just need corrections, has not got a good foundation of learning: they are making it up as they go.

While studying for the 'Diploma in Canine Behaviour', and also afterwords, while actually working in the field, I came to realise that the training ISCP offers is not compatible with reality. While studying, I was admonished, by so-called tutors who have no actual experience, but just read and quote books all day, for my real observations, for quoting dog trainers they "did not approve of" and for correcting my dogs' behaviours. The tutors have no experience in dealing with aggression, trauma and dogs that truly have behavioural issues. Their "experience" is in reading books and teaching students to accept every bad behaviour the dog displays without correcting them, and then rewarding them for an eventual good behaviour.
I have now met 2 people whose dogs have been further damaged by people who learned their "skills" from this school, simply because they did not know how to deal with the problems at hand.
I just regret the money I spent in learning things that are useless to working with dogs that have real behavioural issues. I have 5 large dogs of different breeds, they are all extremely well trained, confident and happy. Furthermore, I trained them myself and have corrected their unwanted behaviour from the start. The tutors of ISCP believe correction is a bad thing, so this just proves that they have absolutely no idea how to train dogs. This is why I constantly see people in their groups complaining that they feel they have "impostor syndrome". Of course! If you cannot do the job a client is paying you to do, then you are an impostor! Many people say they cannot be expected to help a dog in the first day and so on, but that is because they lack the confidence to do this job, and they lack it because the technique they have learned is lame.
How is it possible that I can make a full grown stubborn "aggressive" Akita to obey and enjoy training in less than 30 mins of work?
How is it possible I can get an "aggressive" XL bully to stop lunging and sit right by his owner side in less than 1 hour?
ISPC training is not real training, but a money making machine for the gullible "positive only" people. This is why most of them achieve no results in the real world.
