I ordered some denim shorts that were too big. I was told to keep them and I was given a credit to shop for other items... which I will! Great customer service.... with great products!

The merchandise I ordered , " pants" the material is so pleasing, excellent quality. I'm a first time shopper with IUGA, wish I had found IUGA sooner. I ordered my pants in XS petite. Im 123 lbs. 5'3". They were too short to my liking. I notified IUGA that I needed an exchange from petite to regulate. They are sending my replacement pants with no hassle. They are fast with their resolution service. They answered my emails the same day. I'm so appreciative . I will be a routine customer ... Quality of merchandise is outstanding 👏

My sister gave me a pair of Iuga capri leggings for Christmas a couple of years ago because they are her favorite leggings. I fell in love with mine immediately. I wear them for Pickleball, walking, Zumba and yoga. Recently, I took advantage of their anniversary deal (Buy $89 worth and get $25 off). I ordered a warmup jacket, navy capris and navy 6” shorts.

When my order arrived, no shorts. I wrote to their customer service and received a prompt response from Kikyo a day later. They had shipped them in a second shipment. That second package arrived safely, but were too small. I confirmed with Kikyo that they did arrive but I intended to exchange them following their policy. Before I could do anything, Kikyo arranged for the small to be shipped to me, and said I didn’t even need to return the first pair!

I am now a customer for life! The quality, fit and softness of their products are excellent. Their prices are extremely reasonable compared to other brands. And now I know their customer service is amazing too. Thank you, Kikyo and Iuga!

I purchased 5 pairs of various leggings and they are all perfect! Great quality, accurate sizing and appear well made - have not worn them and washed them yet. The bras seem to be sized a bit smaller. The size chart indicated that I was an XL, but it was too small. I contacted customer service to exchange but my size was sold out, however a gift card was provided to make a purchase of my choosing from their website. I have chosen a different style bra in the larger size - hopefully that will work for me. Highly recommend IUGA for workout wear - excellent products and superior customer service! Rare qualities from an online retailer.

I love the IUGA leggings. They have some compression, so nothing jiggles. :-) I have been getting so many compliments since wearing them at the gym. Their customer service is awesome also, I ordered one item that was too small and when I emailed them, they immediately took care of everything for me. Great company and great product.

Fantastic customer support! I have two pairs of IUGAs which I love. When I ordered a third pair recently, I mistakenly ordered the wrong color. I requested an exchange for the right color via email. I got a response the very next day with the news that the new pants were on their way free of charge. AND I didn’t need to return the wrong color pants! I could not be happier with my new dark blue IUGA and with the generous customer support.

I order the swim shorts and high neck swim bra for a future fishing trip. When these original items arrived they were both too big. I sent a request to customer service for an exchange. My items were reordered immediately and ship.

I purchased 3 pairs of pants and received 2 with a blouse. I emailed customer support and notified them. I quickly received a response notifying me the pants were on the way and to keep the blouse. Sure enough the pants
were at my door the next day. Quality customer service is very important and they did a great job.
