Founded in 2020 by sisters Pernille and Charlotte, who each bring more than 20 years of experience in the jewellery industry, our mission is to connect customers around the world with carefully selected independent jewellery designers. Every piece in our collection is handpicked by our jewellery experts, chosen for exceptional craftsmanship and timeless design. We work closely with each of our designers to ensure that the jewellery we offer is of the highest quality – pieces made to last a lifetime. With a strong commitment to responsibility, we review each designer against strict criteria to ensure their sourcing and production reflect our values. This means you can wear every piece with pride. Tak for din besked. Vi forstår godt, at ventetiden kan føles lang. Når et smykke returneres til designeren, kan det tage op til 14 dage, før det er færdigbehandlet – dette er også i overensstemmelse med købeloven, og vi oplyste det ved returprocessen 😊
Når pengene er refunderet fra os, kan der efterfølgende gå et par dage, før beløbet er synligt på kontoen, da dette afhænger af den enkelte bank og ligger uden for vores kontrol.
Vi er glade for at alt nu er i orden med refunderingen, og ønsker dig en dejlig dag 😊
