Lisa is a highly skilled massage therapist. She helped me with a variety of issues following a recent back injury (restoring movement, easing pain, etc), plus some general office / work-from-home issues (upper back and neck stiffness, some tension headaches). I can’t recommend her enough.

I first come across The Karma Mama through Facebook event offering different health and wellbeing taster classes and the Karma mama was offering meditation taster classes which I attended and enjoyed and booked more.
Lisa explains how the meditation works and breathing techniques and during the session you feel calmness and relaxed state, it was bliss and i slept really well, a solid 8 hours!
Xmas break I booked a reki session was a bit apprehensive at first being online. Lisa explained what the session was for and explained areas she would work on. I could feel tension in my head then a warm sensation after a while and other areas she worked on. Afterwards we had a discussion about the session and how I felt during and she explained what I might experience in the week and to call her if I needed to.
I have to say Lisa is very professional friendly, warm and very welcoming and I felt extremely comfortable.
