I love the product I ordered! 😍 The ordering process went really well, but I have not received the products yet… I am happy to wait a bit longer for the delivery (I live in the Netherlands) but I have not received any updates of the shipping process or status. I would like to know where the package is and how much longer it will take to arrive.

Your order was received and processed immediately and your shipment is on the way. Royal Mail has been intermittently on strike which has slowed shipment times. Please email us at hello@thekindplanetcompany.com and we can send through your tracking number if you haven’t received it already.
Again, really sorry this has taken 9 days! We aim for 3-5 business days as per Royal Mail’s policy for sending to Europe plus around 24 hours handling to prepare the order. We will do everything we can to take care of this.

I really like the skin care product. I am allergic to preservatives in most skin which make me break out in hives. It doesn't happen with this skin care product.

Thank you for your feedback! We created Power Balm with sensitive skin in mind knowing that added preservatives don’t work for certain skin types; therefore we are very happy to hear it works for you!
I ordered this product because of their ethical stance on sourcing sustainable ingredients and the novel manner in which they ensure the plan oil farmers are fairly rewarded. The product itself was purchased as a gift for my mum and it has transformed her skin.
