Reading reviews and ratings, i think your product are great and possibly your services, but you have to work on your customer relations and management.
All your customers can not be wrong at the same time. All your replies are sounding like the same response. Suing and all that👎

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a furniture company, very disappointing. The furniture were poorly made and far below the standard advertised. The customer service team was dismissive and did not take responsibility for the issues. The delivery took so long also, I strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

Very poor from delivery and service from them. Delivery took so long with different explanations and excuses. Only for the furniture to come and it was not what I wanted. Customer service is very poor from the entire team. Give them a chance at your own risk .

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. The owners, Zves and Martina, are extremely unprofessional and constantly argue with each other, which affected their ability to complete the job on time. The project was delayed by three months, the floor tiles were installed poorly, and their prices were unreasonably high. They are unreliable and not worth trusting with any project. I deeply regret ever hiring them.

After visiting several providers we found Kitchen Direct after a friend's recommendation.
Thank goodness we did! From survey to installation, the service we received was second to none. We were kept informed at every stage & didn't need to lift a finger! Martina and Zvez guided us through the design process, using their knowledge & experience to help us get the most out of our budget.
Their team were efficient, professional & accountable. If they said something was going to happen it did. Their knowledge & pride in their product was evident in everything they did. Always on time every day & ensured we were kept up to date with the installation process.
Our new kitchen has exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, craftmanship & value for money! Kitchen Direct made the whole process enjoyable & stress-free. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kitchen Direct. They've given us the kitchen of our dreams!!

I wish I could give these guys 100 stars ⭐️ Everyone was brilliant ! The designers gave me the most amazing ideas - how to maximise every inch of my space , incredible storage solutions and most of all absolutely stunning kitchen ! It was such a great opportunity to be able to buy directly from the manufacturer ! I’ve saved an absolute fortune and the quality is times superior then high street ( I had quotes from Wren & Magnet ) . Highly recommended for anyone who’s looking for kitchen , appliances and worktops !

I’ve ordered kitchen and wardrobe from Kitchen Dircect in early December . They have completed the project in less than 3 weeks , considering everything was fully bespoke and made to measure to exact dimensions of the rooms . The quality , the price , the customer service are above and beyond amazing ! Couldn’t recommend them enough ! Super professional , easy to contact and pleasure to work with !

From the very first moment I’ve contacted Kitchen Direct, to the last day of installation of our new kitchen I was completely sure the right choice was made. After a long research and many quotes from different well know suppliers and providers, no one could meet our requirements and give us what we wanted and imagined part of our dream home would look like.
Kitchen Direct not only were able to complete the task but what’s more important- they did it with ease. We never felt like we were asking for the impossible because they made us believe that anything is possible when you are in the hands of professionals.

I ordered my kitchen that I designed myself and the I was amazed when it turned up the quality of the kitchen was amazing the marble was out of this world and I was very very happy with the outcome and the service I received was outstanding everyone was so helpful and very kind and it didn’t take to long for the kitchen to be delivered so they didn’t leave me waiting for to long and when they came to fit it they was all very polite and very clean and tidy I highly recommend this company

When we bought our house we struggled to imagine how our kitchen would look like. Renovating completely a place that looked like a wreck at the time wasn’t an easy task. Kitchen Direct’s team were not only helpful and amazing at fillfulling our requirement’s and making sure we are pleased with the result but at the same time their professional advise was at great importance.
