Knife has never arrived, no response from emails

Knife eventually arrived and shocked by its poor quality. Have been truly ripped off..It’s tat shop/Poundland product at best. Free engraving is clearly a ploy to prevent you from returning,, Should of known better. Avoid, go buy from a reputable company.

Shipping and processing can be a bit of a toss up, personally I had to reach out to obtain an update and tracking number after two weeks. Smooth from there, arrived on time and order was correct.
The product itself is okay, feels light and a bit flimsy but if I'm being honest it feels adequate for the price. The knife is sharp, absolutely no notes on that aspect, and it looks amazing. With a good discount I would absolutely consider getting another one.

Bought a knife in December 2024. It was a nice knife, until last week I snapped. The inside metal had rusted away. Would’ve thought it’d outlast our really cheap knives! Shame really loved the colour

This is an amazing knife for my first knife
9/10 would recommend. The only reason why its not 10/10 is that it didn't come with a sheath although it dose comes in a hard box, if you dont mind carrying it around its a great knife. I am a shef and I have used it all day, its a great balance, comfortable handle and a razer sharp edge.

My review so far only reflects the shipping part. Later I can update it regarding the product quality.

According to their international shipping policy, my order could take up to 17 business days to arrive. However, 20 business days have already passed and it has not even been shipped.

During this time I received no communication from them, except for an excessive amount of spam.

When I contacted customer service, they told me the order had supposedly already been shipped. However, the tracking status never changed and it still shows “preparing.”

Honestly, the experience has been quite bad.

At this point, the only thing I could suggest to others is: don’t buy. If they cannot even fulfill sending a product, I can’t imagine what the experience would be like when it comes to warranties or support.

Found a good knife at a very reasonable price so purchased it. However nearing 3 weeks on from purchase. Still hasn't been dispatched. And the company are refusing to cancel the order

The knives were so great I had to buy another set for my mum that she loved so much.

I bought knifes and Base, but didn't get the base

After reading some reviews I was concerned so decided to get in touch via Instagram where all doubts were put to rest thanks to great customer service so I made an order. It came in 9 days as it was international shipping, the knife I bought looks even better in person.

The Damascus claim is 100% fake
One can clearly see is lazer engraved same as the logo.
Its stainless steel, will see about the quality.

Please avoid buying from this company.. I was gifted two Mori knifes last year ( they took two months after ordering to deliver ).
Within 9 months one knife had a crack in the handle and a month later the other knife developed the same failing.
The handles are literally now breaking apart.
I have already had to throw one of the knives away.
Feedback to their "customer services " lady resulted in a flat can't repair or replace response - " not our problem" We have a 30 day exchange policy.
This product is extremely poor quality.
Don't be fooled by the lifetime guarantee on knife sharpening -meaningless regards the actual knife failing you.
This company comes close to being a scam.
If my experience - and others on Trustpilot are to be taken seriously I would implore you to take your money elsewhere and buy a much better quality knife probably for less money.

I like the weight of the knife i bought.
Its good balanced and thats why its verry nice in my hand.

While the knife took a month to arrive, may be partly due to ordering 3 weeks before Christmas, the knife itself is beautiful, appears to be well made and works like a dream.

I purchased one specific knife. The knife did not arrived, it was sent a different knife. The delivery of THE WRONG KNIFE was way later than what was supposed to be based on what IT IS WRITTEN IN THE WEBSITE. I tried sending emails, and never got a reply, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, THEY ARE NOT EVEN TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM OF SENDING THE WRONG. No words are enough to express how bad the service is, not even talking about the knife itself because I cannot say if the quality is good or not since it never arrived.

Very slow delivery, and one of my knife was slightly bent, uncomfortable to use . Customer service is not answering

The best knives
