I buy most of my wool from the Knitting Network. Ordering is easy, the progress of it is advised and receipt of the order quick and prompt. Any queries are answered with speed and helpfulness. I particularly appreciate being able to order any amount of wool, carriage free through a one off annual payment. Great idea.

Good level of service
The yarn was packed and dispatched on the same day I ordered it. I received a free 48 hour delivery the next day! It doesn't often happen, but I am very pleased with their level of service, and the competitive price of their yarn. I have been a customer for many years.

Lovely yarn.
Ordered yarn received email stating their systems were faulty so apologised that delivery was delayed. Was kept well informed of problem. Yarn was delivered within a week so no real problem. Started my project as soon as yarn arrived. Wow lovely cotton mix yarn lovely to knit with I will order from here again. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this company.
