Disappointing product and follow up service
Design didn’t print very well, was in no way like the proof and deteriorated in printing more than the minor details suggested by the design team. Quick to answer billing questions but no response to my email to discuss my disappointment in the product.

I had an excellent experience with The Lanyard Company from start to finish. Their customer service was responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure I got exactly what I needed.
