Terrible experience
I feel the Light Phone Company have really let themselves and more importantly their customers down. I purchased the Light Phone three over six months ago and still no phone, when I got an update from the company that my phone will be further delayed until February I decided to ask for a refund. It’s been two weeks since I asked for a refund and still nothing! Please find a direct quote from customer service: “ Due to the high number of cancellations, it will take longer than usual to process”
I think this response speaks for itself.
Very disappointing experience. As a result I have purchased the Mudita Kompakt phone - a completely opposite experience from that of the Light Phone Company
