Ordered 15th august still not received, blocked my comments on FB. Now put a dispute via PayPal. Utterly disappointed in the company

I never received my items. No response from emails or FB messages. Unfortunately I didn't pay by PayPal, so I can't get a refund. I will never recommend or use this company again. Complete scammers. I'm really cross!

I never received my item... they never responded to my emails and today I got a full refund from PayPal after I opened a dispute....never buy anything from these scammers....

I ordered on 24 August, they took money but since then they have not answered any emails and they have blocked me on social media. I opened up a claim with Paypal and they didn't reply to Paypal either so I received a refund. This is a complete scam.

Shocking scammer - managed to find companies business address , he blocks all negative comments on Facebook and has blocked me since messaging him on his personal account (he has two!)

I'm not 100% this is a real company! I saw an advert on Instagram for their pink 12 piece utensil set and ordered on the 30th August, it's now October and still nothing. Their wait time is 2 - 3 weeks, which is a long time anyway, but when I emailed and DMed to ask for updates all I get is automated messages about delays due to covid. I have put in a claim with my credit card provider as they won't respond to my requests for a refund either. Go on Amazon, they have exactly the same product for cheaper and delivery is quick.

Regrettably in exactly the same position as everybody else. Goods purchased through PayPal, money taken but no goods, now 5 weeks after purchase.

Have opened a PayPal dispute but given the number of customers involved it is beginning to look like fraud so may involve the police as well.

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star.I ordered my utensils on 27th August.and after numerous emails and automated responses I still haven't received my goods
I paid with Pay Pal and have opened up a case against them,I feel so foolish because I thought that I was savvy enough not to get scammed.but obviously this is not the case ...Avoid this so called company and you will not get scammed like I have been

Poor quality goods which are totally unworthy of the £35 price tag . The whisk fell apart the first time I used it . The tools are cheap and the container plastic . I have tried on several occasions To contact the company but had no reply to my emails.i wished I had read trustpilot before purchasing these as the reviews on the company website are clearly false .

Like many other reviews, items ordered and not received with no response to emails sent. Clearly a scam as if they were genuine they would contact their customers.

Completely agree with these comments I ordered 18th Aug not heard anything since no reply to emails no phone number to call.... I feel like a total idiot and £35 poorer they are a disgrace I will be reporting them to trading standards.

Disgusting. Took money immediately and never sent product. I have emailed and sent fb messages but no one got back to me. All negative comments get removed from the fb page. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE

I ordered on 15th august my money went straight away, still nothing. Paid by PayPal they are trying to chase them, apparently! Wish I’d seen these comments before I waisted my money.
No contact whatsoever a company cashing in on Lockdown literally 😔

Ordered 22nd August and they didn’t send from poxy China, til 24th September. Had to raise a PayPal case to get the info back from them. So still waiting to see if my goods ever get here!!

They arrived!
I ordered them end of July and my address was on the label wrong because of PayPal. I messaged them on Instagram and they replied, explained what had happened said they’d resend. They then arrived maybe three weeks after that message. I won’t lie, there was a moment before they arrived where I thought maybe I’d fallen for an instagram advert scan but thankfully that’s not the case!

They are really pretty, look great in my kitchen. They are good quality items and we are really pleased with them.
I actually had really good communication with them on instagram, I would say that’s your best bet in getting in touch and actually just having a little patience for the item to arrive. Postage at the moment is all over the place.

There should be an option to provide no stars. Ordered on 16th August and they’ve still not arrived. Does not respond to messages or emails and if you comment on social media they delete comment and block you from commenting. Have now raised a claim through PayPal and reported the Facebook page. This is quite clearly a scam

I order my utensils on 27 August and was told on line it would take roughly two weeks. It is now nearly a month and I have emailed them a couple of times and received nothing apart from a link to track my order and guess what you can't track the order. I have checked them out on Companies House and they are newly formed and they do not have any accounts and are a one man band. I have continuously tried to email and get nothing back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SUPPLY YOU WITH THE GOODS

This is a scam site!!! Ordered my good over a month ago and nothing has been delivered. They are now ignoring my emails despite taking my money in full. AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!

AVOID!!!!!!! Don’t give these scammers your money! My mum ordered from this ‘company’ and was charged straight away. 3 weeks later and no goods have arrived. We have messaged on Facebook and my mum has sent 8 emails with no response. I left a comment on their Facebook page, which they have since deleted (funnily enough!) and they have now switched off commenting for all their posts..... says a lot!!
