We loved the class, definitely recommend, great for beginners!

Lorena provides an excellent small-group learning environment for Salsa beginners and intermediates. Small classes are around 12 people, and intermediates around 6, with a welcoming atmosphere, good follow/lead balance, and couples are accepted to stay in their pairs if they don't want to rotate between fellow learners during practice. Strongly recommended!

Lorena explained the steps clearly and broke everything down in a way that felt accessible rather than overwhelming, which made it much easier to build confidence.

What stood out most was her teaching style. She was patient, encouraging, and attentive to the class, making sure everyone felt included.

The class was well structured, with a good balance between learning technique and actually dancing, so it was really fun!

I had the pleasure of attending Laura's Pilates class on Saturday, and it was an absolute joy. Being a seasoned Pilates enthusiast, I felt a strong connection with her style and was thoroughly engaged throughout the session. Her vibrant energy and positivity make her my top choice for Saturday workouts, aside from the intense workout and satisfying sweat.Additionally, the facility is fantastic, boasting a pristine and well-lit environment with plenty of great amenities.

Laura was my Pilates instructor on Saturday and I am so delighted with her classes. I have been doing pilates for a while and I found a bond with her and engaged with her classes. Definetely, this will be my "go to" on Saturdays as I love her energy and good vibes (without forgetting the burnt and the sweat).

The building is also amazing, very clean and bright and it has many amenities.

Lovely new studio offering range of dance and fitness classes - excellent teachers and classes small enough to be friendly. Newly renovated building has a parked camper van selling coffee in the lobby if you have time to sit down!

Great facilities in terms of rooms and mirrors which is great when you're learning dance. Lorena is an anazing teacher, very patient, always answers every question. The vibe is so much fun and the location is absolutely perfect! Highly reccomend! Such great value for money!

Lorena is a fantastic teacher!
She is running her classes smoothly and always finding a way to make them interesting. I learn something new in each class and feel like I'm constantly improving. Highly recommend

I’ve been coming to Pilates and dance classes at TLAD for a while now and they’ve become one of the best parts of my week. The classes have great balance between being fun and effective. I always leave feeling motivated, more flexible and in a great mood.
Lorena has such positive energy and really knows how to guide everyone, no matter your level.

TLAD and especially Lorena are amazing!
She’s always a great instructor, whether is dance classes, pilates or any other class. I especially love her Zumba & salsa/bachata classes and can’t wait to try some of the other ones soon! The new studio is in a lovely, vibey building & super central, can’t wait to join more classes.
