❌❌❌ I have been using their Registered Office Address and Director Service Address for the past three years, and I’m now looking for an alternative due to the consistently poor service. While the sign-up process is straightforward, there is virtually no service afterwards.
They claim they check all post daily and will either scan or forward your correspondence. I chose the scanning option, but unfortunately that has not been my experience. Over the last three years, I have not received a single letter or piece of correspondence through their service.
When I raised this with them, they were unable to explain why I had never received any official mail addressed to either me as a director or to my company. Instead, I was given excuses rather than a satisfactory explanation.
To make matters worse, their online portal is so poor that I can’t even update my phone number. The whole operation is more like a clown show than a professional business.
If you need important mail to be handled promptly, reliably, and securely, do not use this service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.

Lack of understanding and personal touch
Completed my verification but then was told that unless my wife completed hers within 7 days we would lose our money and the service would be stopped. We are under significant pressure and my wife has not been able to successfully complete her verification. Very disappointed and will actively be discouraging others to use this service.

Address verification method is wrong. Despite the fact that I submitted the valid document (barcode and government-approved document) to your institution both in my country and through Company House, it is not appropriate for you to insist on requesting bank statements. Even Company House, when registering a company in the UK, requires this document and considers it sufficient for address verification. You need to update/adjust your KYC system.

Once you are set up they send over the letters automatically which is great. The onboarding process can be long as they have to verify each UBO which can delay things though overall would recommend if you need a business address service
