They are a scam, send you sub standard tat instead of the item shown on their website. No way to return it unless you pay to send items back to China. They've gone bust so no hope of getting money back. Surely they shouldn't be allowed to trade after the company has been dissolved?

Do not buy from this dreadful website. Quality is horrendous and they won’t let me return as my reasons are not in the refund policy, even though they don’t fit and are not as described on the website. I am so disappointed and it is such a shame there are so many awful and greedy people out there. Avoid at all costs.

Complete scam. I ordered size 39 / (6) deck shoes. Wrong size completely delivered even though the order size was correct. Tried to change / refund. Tried to tempt me with a dress instead !! and then 40% off. No I just want my money back. Non of this was my fault but alas they make out they are a small company, well sorry but I am on a budget.
Do not order from this company it really is a sham and scam

I ordered 3 weeks ago, nothing has arrived, the tracking link does not work. I paid £69.99 for a scam! please be aware and do not purchase from these robbing fraudulent cockwombles.

Avoid buying from this company. They are Chinese based and the products are synthetic see through rubbish. To return, it needs to go to China at your own cost. They said they were closing down to encourage purchasing - this is not true.

If I could give zero stars I would have done. I’m so annoyed at myself for not checking their creds. Same as everyone else. Cannot get a return address. Rubbish quality. :(

Bought a dress , sent an e-mail as I need to send back because the quality awful .. they are ignoring my e-mails so can’t even send it back ! Avoid like the plague !

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid - overpriced cheap quality goods which took an age to arrive. They make it impossible to do returns, simply ignore emails. They should be ashamed.

Ordered a skirt, came from China - eventually. Skirt ridiculous, nothing like what is on website, it’s going in the bin. No returns form included with order, emails keep bouncing back. Tried and failed to contact the company. Avoid like the plague

I ordered a gift for my daughter on the 31/10 for her birthday on the 6-11 today is the 12/11 and I have had no response to emails asking where my parcel is and when I tracked it it made me download shop app and it states it’s in china and always has been avoid at all costs I thought this was a respectable website clearly not.

Luxe-London are scammers! This company should not be allowed to trade in the Uk. They just steal your money.

Luxe-London now goes to olive row website. i agree with other reviews for luxe london. order placed email address are not available taken money and no goods. as yet anyway. phone no is in netherlands. have emailed olive row to see if i get a response. do not buy from luxe london. update olive row email address also not available. no response to any emails

Luxe - London (Olive Row) Avoid like the plague this online shop is a scam! Take your money and provide false tracking information. No items will be delivered, and I haven’t heard back from them even once despite numerous contact forms being filled. The email they provide doesn’t work nor does the telephone number. I have had to report to the FCA and also with my bank to investigate and hopefully try and get my money returned by the bank.
