The Luxè Week Avaliações 

Bali was on my Wishlist for 2023 when I was introduced to Luxe Week and the itinerary I immediately said yes. I booked my flight and just day dreamed until our departure.
My host Lois (Lo), Driver - Benny, and cooks and cleaners were a top notch add and experience. I really enjoyed being "lazy" and letting Luxe week assist in making new core memories. The itinerary made me feel like I accomplished alot while there in Bali and the free day allowed us to do anything outside from the planned Luxe week. Thank you to the workers and the guest there that made this experience top notch.

The whole trip was unreal there’s absolutely nothing I could fault from the people to how everything was organized and handled. Any issues and questions were sorted swiftly and it was definitely a trip I will remember for the rest of my life.

We had a great time with Luxe week! However, it wasn't perfect, so doesn't earn 5 stars in my book.
The itinerary was mostly great, the parties were a lot of fun, and most of the staff made the trip fun and memorable. However, there are issues with consistency across everyone's experiences that need to be fixed or more closely managed. Also, communication during and leading up to the trip could have been more concise.

Once you sign up for Luxè Week, be prepared to start getting a bunch of emails. Most of it is junk ads. Some of them are important information about your trip. There's two separate surveys you need to fill out. One is your general travel info, food allergies, etc., clarical stuff. The other is a personality quiz, used to sort everyone into villas with like minded people. For some reason, that second one went into a lot of people's spam folders, so the sorting hat just went random. That email also had pertinent information about the first day and arrivals, which we were totally clueless about. A hint to follow up with the group should have been when nobody was completing their surveys. The group wasn't huge, so it's strange this was completely overlooked and another attempt to communicate wasn't made. In general, trip info needs to be more concise, and shouldn't live in a series of separate, disjointed emails. They should consider a web based portal that guests can log in, fill out all surveys, book extras, and access all information in one place.

One big inconsistency involved their most heavily advertised feature: your "luxè" villa. You can pay extra for a "VIP" villa, which we did. However, our accommodations were very basic compared to our neighbors', who paid the same amount but had rooms twice the size and much more high-end accommodations. We were embarrassed to post pictures of ours, which looked like a hotel room, basic small square pool, basic kitchen with no style, but we were blown away by the accommodations of others.
Everyone also had a different breakfast experience. We had the same 5 items served every day. Meanwhile others had a new IG-worthy meal, artfully prepared with fresh flowers, every day. Silly little details, sure, but inconsistent nonetheless.

Drivers are so important in Bali, and having a good one that can navigate Bali traffic can make your whole trip. Having a bad one can completely ruin you and drive you insane. We started with the best driver, but ended with the worst. While others were already at their destination, beginning the fun, we're pulling our hair out due to our clueless driver who kept taking random detours and getting us stuck in more traffic. We lost hours and hours of our life to Bali traffic.

The hosts are awesome, and ours was the best! Thanks again Lo! But some people we met weren't too happy with theirs, saying they were unresponsive to their requests, making it difficult to plan their days. If I could change the host situation, I'd look for more accountability, a maximum response time to all requests (ours was very fast, always within minutes), and maybe more in-person check-ins and pulse checks on location at the villa, so they can identify and fix issues early on.
In general, there were not many attempts to get feedback, both during and after the trip, which is surprising. It almost felt as if they were completely closed off to receiving it, which won't bode well for the long-term growth of the brand. I often compare this trip to The Yacht Week, since their targeted social media advertising hits everyone who's been to a Yacht Week trip, and we met several others on the trip who also had that experience. They have a long way to go to reach the EPIC level of Yacht Week. TYW's digital infrastructure is far superior, and attention to detail nearly flawless, with everyone on the team performing at a very high level,m. The Luxè Week still has some gaps to fill, and it starts with hiring the right people in every position, who are all over the tiny details, even if you need to hire more experience and pay them more. They cannot sweep little issues under the rug, blame outside factors, or take a "just chill and have a beer" approach. They need to be all over it. If that means paying the best drivers to be full time employees, rather than per diems, then so be it. If more hosts will ensure better communication and more time to make personal contact, then they should do it. This trip is advertised like a perfect life-changing experience. It was great, but there's better out there. And not everyone is partying their faces off so hard they don't notice some cut corners. Luxè Week is fun, and I still recommend it as a great way to see Bali. If you enjoy nightlife, they'll get you to all the best places. Overall as a tour company, they have the potential to be EPIC, if they can tighten things up a bit.

Very well organized and an amazing way to experience a little bit of everything in Bali. Staff was great and very communicative through the trip.

Honestly hands down the best thing I’ve ever done. My first time overseas at 25yrs old and it was an experience of a lifetime. Not only was it well organized but the luxe week hosts were well supportive of any situation to occur. Highly recommend

Honestly, I cannot fault Luxe Week at all, the trip was AMAZING!!

Had a brilliant time meeting some fantastic people and I most definitely made great friends and connections for life!

The days were as we expected - if not even better! - and each day was jam-packed with fun!

The hosts were super kind to us and extremely helpful and I (I’m sure I can say ‘We’, too) had an absolutely amazing experience.

The food we ate each day and the places we were taken to were superb. St Tropez food was especially delicious!

(Note to anyone reading this review: Some of the days you have all inclusive food e.g. for us, white party intro day, yacht day lunch, white water rafting lunch and Creyta Sunset Quadbiking day - food on these days was amazing - and other days you pay for your own meals - e.g. St Tropez fine dining and Finns beach club. The value for money for what you get on this trip is INCREDIBLE. Before you think paying for certain lunches/dinners/drinks at clubs/restaurants is strange, I can tell you that you already get a enormous amount included for the price you’re paying!)

Shoutout to Paula for all her help with everything each day, to Lauren, Zara and the other leaders for making everything as easy and fun as possible!

Mega shoutout to Kevin our villa host, I’m going to miss you massively! - Thank you for all your help organising the big parts of our trip and the little bits too, e.g. booking massages, laundry services, and helping order food.

IMPORTANT FOR ANYONE WITH ALLERGIES:
As someone with a severe allergy to nuts, I was slightly on edge about the trip but Kevin (plus the other staff as below) really helped to ensure that every meal was good for me to eat, and stressed this point across to restaurant/bar staff when not eating all inclusive food, that any meals I eat must not have nuts in it.

Paula, the other staff, and the chefs were also especially fantastic at ensuring all the food was good for me to eat. As someone who stresses about these things, believe me, you are most definitely in safe hands!

All in all to wrap up my review up, I had an absolutely brilliant time and have most definitely made some core memories and great friends - and so will you! GET BOOKING!

Luxè Week is the perfect way to travel Bali. Especially as this was my first overseas trip and I was travelling solo, Luxè Week made me feel at home and I had so much support and made so many beautiful friends. All of the experiences and organization of everything was done really well and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is interested.

Absolutely insane experience great balue for money will definitely do again

It was one of the best travel experiences and that says alot since I have done travelling with 10s of different tour operators around the world.
The whole trip was well organised, coordinated and communicated in professional yet extremely friendly manner.
Not only I got to experience all the amazing venues and activities that Luxeweek organised as part of experience but the personal recommendations of host and trip leader for restaurants and places to visit was extremely handy in the time I had outside the trip.
I certainly have made some lifelong friendships with like minded people on this trip

There’s only 1 way to travel to Bali and that is through The Luxe Week! Between the excursions, the hosts and all the people you meet throughout the week there truly is no other way I would’ve wanted to visit Bali.

Special shoutout to hosts Zara, Lauren and Lo for going the extra mile and showing us all of what Bali has to offer night in and night out!

Luxe week was such an awesome experience, I met loads of great people and shared some amazing moments with them in Bali!
Huge thank you to Paula and all of the hosts, particularly Lois, Lauren and Zara who were all mega friendly and so much fun. They were able to give us the best ideas for any free time we had! They really know the island inside out!

The most epic week I've had in 10 years. Brought together and attracted the most wonderful people. Hosts were helpful and attentive and knew how to have fun!

Without a doubt the most amazing week of my life. The activities and adventures were incredibly exciting, well put together and thought out! The parties were out of this world, so much energy and everybody there to have fun and bring the most positive vibes! And although the parties and activities were absolutely amazing, what truly made this week/experience special were the other guests and the hosts from TLW! I have never met or spent time with a better, more like minded, positive, adventurous, amazing group of people in my life! The Luxe Week has somehow found a way to combine the most incredible experiences with even more incredible people, and that is when you get something truly special!

I can’t even describe how incredible the Luxe Week experience was. The hosts, drivers, activities, and other luxe weekers were jaw dropping-ly perfect. Do yourself a favor and book the trip, you won’t regret it. And you’ll leave the week with life long friends from all around the world that you’ll plan to reunite with for another luxe week!

The organisation was amazing and the hosts Zara, Lauren and Kevin have been so incredible from day one. What a vibe and what a crew..

We loved all the activities, they have organised an amazing holiday and everything was as promoted.

The people we have been matched with in our villa were so like minded it’s not funny..

The Luxe Week made my trip to Bali so smooth & easy. From having a driver to transport us to events and awesome guides helping out every step of the way, I truly had no complaints.
