Having bought 3 beds with TLBC in the past, we’ve had previously great experiences. However with our most recent purchase of a Marina children’s bed, there is a big gap in the corners of the bed where our daughter’s foot slipped down and she cut her toe badly on the bracket attaching the headboard to the sideboards. When this was reported, nothing was offered to solve the situation and no apology was given, we were just constantly reminded that the bed is not to be stood on.

Customer service has been great, my bed is going to arrive in 6to8 weeks, would have liked it to be sooner but have been told it has to be made so hopefully should have it when it is ready.

I absolutely love my Shantoria King Bed and matching ottoman from Luxury Bed Company! From the quality and craftsmanship to the customer service, my experience has been amazing. Leann was wonderful to work with, and communicating through WhatsApp made the entire process so easy. I ordered my ottoman separately, and although that isn’t normally done, they made an exception for me—and I truly appreciate it. I highly recommend Luxury Bed Company and would order from them again without hesitation! ❤️

Ordering process was thorough- I was called to check all the dimensions and the delivery info (ie the stairs)

The delivery was prompt, the delivery team were efficient and tidy

The bed itself is lovely material and a statement feature.

All in all-reccomending to anyone who maybe hasn’t heard of this business and unsure if they should trust them-do it!!!

Purchased a tv bed and the mechanism broke in under a year, the company called this wear and tear, refusing to repair. Shockingly poor quality of materials used if that is the case. AVOID

@Callum when you reply to reviews it helps if you tell the truth. My review was submitted 24 hours before you "offered" a repair,. Since then you have chased us twice to remove this review but are yet to contact us to book a repair.

Not great so far - 3 months after full payment and no bed or delivery date, Customer service is generally rude. We were given a potential date which we couldn't make but they then were not able to offer us another date ... we are still waiting and have had to chase again. No idea what the quality of the bed is going to be but so far not impressed with customer service.

As you can all see from the reply - this company is a bit strange....dates for delivery were indeed offered the first being 24 hour notice which wasn't convenient the second after a few days waiting was for dates we were on holiday. We returned on the 27th July and had to chase as we still hadnt been contacted for an updated date and advised them we are around for the next 3 weeks for delivery, FYI we are still waiting for a date....Their reply below suggests they got the wrong information and will someone explain why the bed was ready for delivery in July however cannot be delivered in the first 2 weeks of August and we have to wait for Sept. I'm downgrading my review as once again, customer service is not upto scratch.

We ordered a king size bed from the LBC Leanne was brilliant she helped us measure correctly answered all our questions and help us to select the right size for the room, she was so patient and supportive.The bed arrived earlier than expected the team were absolutely amazing they fitted it in 30 minutes took all the rubbish away and even tidied up after them selves. WOW the bed is absolutely gorgeous and finished perfectly, I cannot recommend them enough, I will definitely be ordering my spare bedroom bed from them, an amazing company to deal with nothing is too much thank you Leanne and the team ❤️

I’ve purchased a few beds from The Luxury Bed Company over the years for myself and my kids, and they never fail to impress. From the moment I place my order to the delivery, the service is always outstanding. The delivery guys were amazing too—so friendly and professional!

The Allure bed is pure luxury, and I absolutely love it.

What a shocking company with poor customer service.

One year ago I placed an order for 4 beds costing thousands!

3 out of the four beds had faults - two of the beds I was completely fobbed off with, and was basically told these problems were my fault by the after care team, and they would not be fixing these problems despite them being less than one week old and having the same issue - clearly a manufacturing problem.

The fourth bed was bespoke, and arrived not as ordered. After some weeks, the bed was replaced however the dimensions were significantly smaller, to which the mattress didn’t even fit. After months of emails, calls, WhatsApp’s they agreed to replace the panels of the bed to the correct size. When the next lot of replacement panels arrived, they were still too small. Again, months of calls, videos and emails they reluctantly agreed to now replace the whole bed - however, little did I know that when they would arrive to collect the bed, reassuring me another one would be with me soon, they called the next day and I was told ‘we will not be able to send a new bed, the decision is final and a line has been drawn’

I have been patient and respectful despite the multiple errors made and have now been treated like this is my fault, and now have my daughter sleeping on her mattress on the floor and they simply have no empathy or sorrow for their actions.

Over the last year I have had to constant call and email to chase them up regarding replacements of the faults. This has not been an easy process.

Yes their beds are lovely, I’ll give them that. But if there is a problem, the after care is nothing short of disgusting.

In response to the reply I have received from The Luxury Bed company:

Incorrect, I did not refuse all options that I was offered. I accepted the offer of a replacement. However 2 further replacements had issues.

By the time the third lot of bed panels that arrived were once again wrong, I was told that the whole bed would be collected, including the base and a full bed replacement would be issued - as previously only panels had been replaced.

Less than 48 hours after collection I had a phone call to say the replacement would not be going ahead and this was final, that was not me being offered an option, that was a decision out of my control.

Yes, you have issued a refund, however the refund is short by £50!
I have not made contact, as dealing with yourselves is nothing short of painful, and at times, insulting and I would rather you keep the £50 than have to deal with yourselves poor customer service.

The bed was delivered to Auckland, the first piece of furniture to arrive in our new apartment. Made up the bed with the sheets that came with the package deal and fell into bed for a wonderful sleep. We chose a medium matteress, super king. Now 2 months later we are still very happy with the comfort, support of the body, easy sleeping with your partners movement and absolutely love it is NZ made. We highly recommend them bed - but also the service received. Much appreciated. No doubt in our mind - it is a good buy in all respects.

From the minute we walked into the showroom to the minute we had the bed installed everything was a dream, no pressured salespeople just welcoming staff willing to help and very knowledgeable of their products. Would highly recommend. Service was incredible and the bed is everything we wished for

When we visited. We were met by Jo. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was an asset to the team with his friendly nature and professionalism.

Everyone looking into this company and deciding whether to purchase any piece of furniture from them, they are the real deal legit the quality is perfect and beyond our expectation!! also I want to mention Kal was great to deal with very honest his communication was amazing. We think the luxury bad company for their honesty. They’re great quality and they’re fast turnaround.

The service from start to finish was excellent. Answered any questions I had and kept me up to date even the day before delivery. I ordered 4 beds for my new house- 2 double and 2 king with mattress’s from the luxury bed company. I absolutely love them all. They are So good quality and I have had so many compliments from friends and family. The service has been exceptional and efficient from start to finish.

The only small issue is the king size beds are very difficult to lift when using for storage.

Had my bed delivered yesterday and I’m absolutely in love, it’s stunning. Delivery took slightly longer than I’d hoped for but it was well worth it. Thank you!!

Fast and easy ordering, excellent customer service from Leanna who has kept us updated, been super professional yet helpful and friendly. Awaiting bed delivery which we are extremely excited about so will add a further update once bed has been delivered

Ordered a second bed and have to say the guys do what they say.. from great discounts to choice of designs it’s absolutely brilliant and transforms any bedroom .. and big thank you to Meg at customer service for her amazing help at end if order.. first class service 👌🏻✨💫
