Communication was very easy and the marshmallow's arrived quickly and were beautifully packaged. They were gifts so I don't know how they tasted, but they were very well received!

Absolutely nothing wrong with the product or the service, just the courier used who lost the package. This was very quickly resolved by another one being sent out and delivery refunded. Thank you

Ordered for a Birthday present.
The recipient was over the moon both with the product and presentation.

I ordered two boxes for a friends birthday, chose the date for delivery as it gave me that option. Unfortunately the order didn't even get dispatched to the courier until 9 days after the delivery date, and the parcel was received 11 days after delivery date.
I sent an email informing it hadn't been receieved 6 days after due date and did not receive a reply.
This was dissapointing as I had read about this company in Country Living Magazine and wanted to support them.

The raspberry and champagne are my favourite.!!! I have tried others and enjoyed them too. Always good flavour and still the feel of luxury. well done.

Packaging is lovely, and the marshmallows are pretty nice.
The trouble is, there were obviously 2 flavours that they were missing. Not a problem, except they didn't bother to check which flavours to sub them with & sent 2 flavours that I really don't like!
This means that 2 fifths of a rather expensive box of marshmallow will now go to waste. At £25 a box that's quite an expensive waste.
Sorry, won't bother again.

My Husband & now my Sons adores these so much I keep have been coming back on any occasion there is to celebrate they are well wrapped so nobody knows what’s inside

A birthday present for my daughter, as she so enjoyed the marshmallows that I ordered for her Christmas gift.
The birthday marshmallows were delicious and the selection box looks amazing. They are not over sweet and the flavours are great.

Seems to be a theme that when delivery is bad it’s really bad and the company aren’t interested. No idea where mine are - ordered 11 days ago, even with a bank holiday, that’s pretty poor.
