We bought 3 beds from Mattress world 5 years when we moved house, great quality and excellent value for money. 5 years later and a house move and it was time to get some new beds to fit the new house. Didn't even need to think about where we would be getting them from. Straight to Mattress World. Once again fantastic customer service, excellent value for money and amazing choice. 3 more beds bought along with 4 mattresses (we kept our original bed, still like brand new) what made it really nice was that Sean remembered us from previous, purely down to our bed we still had. Couldn't recommend them enough. And will gladly go back when we're ready for our next upgrade. Thank you to everyone at Mattress World. Great team of guys and such a great choice at amazing prices.

Easy to order arrived when stated, all you need

Response by the team was prompt. Product worth it's value. Entire process of ordering was smooth. I ordered through my mobile phone from old bed and writing review from the new bed. 🤣
Must expand delivery network countrywise in order to not relying on the mercy of delivery companies. They shipped the product timely as an overnight delivery but delivery guys delivered it on third day due to weekend.

I was extremely pleased with how helpful, friendly and polite the staff at The Mattress World were. I was kept up to date with my order, even being rung on a Sunday to confirm details. I had expected a sofa order to take the usual 6+ weeks to arrive but mine was delivered (by the boss) 2 weeks after my initial order. Really happy with the whole transaction and the sofa was exactly as described.

I’ve bought everything from beds, mattress's and furniture and the staff have always gone above and beyond with collections and deliveries.
I will always return, as I feel well looked after as a loyal customer.
The items are high quality and good value for money. Shopping local keeps these shops going.

I am a severly disabled man in my late fifties.
I am suffering from brain damage due to being assaulted.
I needed a new mattres and was told that it would have to be specialy made by the spring bed being cut from a king size shape to a single width but six inches longer than normal as I am six foot two in height.
I paid £330 for this service, but when it was delivered it was a pre-made FOAM RUBBER ONE-SIDED cheap off-the-shelf so-called-mattress.

If you give this business your custom, YOU DESERVE EVERYTHING YOU WILL NOT GET.

He eventually rang back after my social worker tried to sort this for me, but started screaming at me on the phone, not allowing me to talk, and then tried saying that I had threatened his staff and would get his solicitors onto me.
As this was a lie I told him that I would lose the money and write this warning instead as I am not as desperate for money as I am for a decent nights sleep.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Having already got our mattress before Xmas we returned at weekend to get son a new mattress. Such great service all round and would always return here whenever I need anything else. Next on list - settee and then daughter a new bed!

I first used this company around 4-5 years ago when I bought a bed and mattress together. Sean recommended the half springs and half memory foam mattress but I went for a full memory foam (thinking I knew better). Within a month, the mattress started to tear on one corner so I left a review explaining this. Sean messaged me within the hour, apologising and offering a free exchange - I asked him how much it would be on top if I was to go for the half and half mattress instead of another memory foam, and he said he would sort it for free as the mattress had teared (which he said was very unusual). He then turned up to my house the next day with a brand new mattress, he took the old mattress away and put the new mattress on my bed for me so I didn’t even have to drag it upstairs on my own. 5 years on and I still have the same mattress, it’s in absolutely perfect condition, just like the day I got it. I’ve replaced my bed today as I now want a different style and colour but the bed is also in such good condition that I’m selling it on! Absolutely amazing customer service and Sean made sure I was happy with everything before leaving, he even put the bed together for me and put my mattress back on! (Thanks for doing that because I’m like 2ft tall and it’s well heavy!!) I will never not use Sean for new furniture, 100% success every time and if there’s anything I’m unhappy with, I feel more than comfortable enough to let Sean know because I know he’ll do his best to sort it 😊

So, my bed broke on the Wednesday, with stress and frustration I googled and looked for a cheapish affordable bed with a mattress. I had been told about sean so decided to message him.i told sean my situation and with no fuss or hesitation he sorted me right out. Delivered a new bed and mattress the next morning in amazing condition and even let me pay a few days later when I was in a better financial situation. Sean is an amazing man, can't thank him enough. 5*** all around

I recently ordered two single mattresses, they arrived the following working day lovely quality and the seller was a pleasure to deal with.

Sean was fantastic. Ordered a 5 door wardrobe Tuesday evening,was fitted Thursday, less than 48hrs wow very impressed. The service he offered was 5 star, you could not have got better service from the big chains. I shopped around for the last 3 weeks and the timeframes for delivery was up to 5 weeks! The price was so competitive and it looks fabulous in the bedroom. Thanks Sean

I have not gotten my orders . They brought one and the rest am still begging till today. I pray they bring it today. One story to the other

Very slow delivery indeed - had to wait 11 days for my order to arrive. Generally not impressed overall. The only saving grace is that the mattress itself is of good quality
