I ordered a custom gold ring on the first day it started turning silver it looks like it was painted in gold the gold didn’t last a day

I didn’t read the description and went by the way it looked on the model. It was a gift for someone who doesn’t have that small of a neck. Doesn’t fit. $75 down the drain.

The necklace is much smaller than pictured. it is more like a choker.

My necklace broke and pieces fell off the second I opened it from the package. The quality is terrible

It took 6 weeks to arrive. The clasp broke the literal first time I put it on and they will not let me return the purchase - requiring me to send it back to wait another 5-8 weeks for it to be repaired/replaced. What is supposed to be texture on my piece is actually circles that were clearly lasered onto it but an automated machine. Overall a cheap piece and their customer service sucks.

I had a horrible experience. My bracelet was custom which should have taken 5 weeks. I did not receive it for THREE months. I inquired multiple times on the status and was continually told it was coming shortly. I would 100% not recommend buying from this site.

The bracelet does not match the website photos and arrived without a clasp, making it impossible to wear. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

It is really frustrating when tracking information is not updated and continues to show the item is “waiting to be picked up by usps” for days and days.

My boyfriend ordered me 2 items on black Friday. It never arrived, so he emailed and no response. I started commenting on their insta posts (which they later hide from the public) and they finally sent the package SIX WEEKS later. Will never order from them again. 0 customer service.

My bracelet came broken , I have reached out multiple times to the company in emails regarding the issue and have not heard back from anyone

I ordered a mystery box from the store. This was my first time ordering with them. I knew I would get three mystery items when they arrived. I was really excited. They came in nice boxes however when I opened them, I received one pair of very thin gold, hoops, a gold tennis bracelet and what look like a bracelet or anklet I couldn’t figure out what to do with it. It would didn’t fit my neck. It was too tight. I couldn’t put on my wrist. It was too big for my ankle. I reached out to customer support to see if they could help and they replied that it was a choker. and I explained it didn’t fit…was tiny, they just told me it’s part of a mystery box therefore, we can’t address changing it or helping. I see now why they have 2.6 stars.

I placed my order on 9 October and now
It’s 26 November and my one necklace order is still not shipped. I am questioning if it would ever be shipped. I reached out twice and they just claim that it’s custom made blah blah, but on the website it says it’d take 2-5weeks tho! I don’t recommend, start to feel like a scam - -

I placed an order for an *in stock* item on October 20th, and to date (December 5th) I have still not received my item. Their website states that in stock items will ship within 2-3 business days. I’ve reached out several times and “Angelou” only gives excuses as to why it still has not shipped. They even tried to adjust my order date to October 27th when I reached out, but my bank statement clearly shows the original date of purchase. I am filing a complaint with the BBB because they refuse to provide a refund or actually ship the item. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

on the google search the specific item i searched for shows up with reviews underneath (when you click, it should take you to official company site). when you click on item however, NO REVIEWS ARE AVAILABLE ON SITE. this is the issue with all individual items i searched. suspicious.

The lockets are beautiful. Only taking off one star because the chain is very thin and feels like would snap pretty soon.
