Why is it taking so long to ship ?

The watch was in excellent condition, and it didn't take long to arrive. I was informed every day of the whereabouts, abd tracked the watched. It arrived as per the instruction, would diffinetly use the company again.

I ordered a Samsung tablet at the best market price. Despite my mistake in not reading all the details, the team—especially Adam—handled everything quickly and professionally. Tablet had a faulty screen so after a lot of emails and photos of faulty area and packaging had to return for them to inspect and agree to a full refund. Refund came through quickly and they arranged for tablet to be collected by DPD so I didn't lose out financially.

Not work earphone

A perfect Samsung A56 all boxed and sealed as it should be. Now, why the missing star? As others have said, the delivery took 6 days, which, fair enough, included a bank holiday weekend. The phone was dispatched within one hour of my order, but according to the DPD tracking number, it never moved for 5 days. I was getting twitchy.
If you factor this in when ordering, you will eventually get a cracking phone, but not the next day. They are a genuine company and far cheaper than anywhere else.

Delay on the delivery as Samsung let them down, so really shouldn't be advertising things they don't have in stock. Apart from that the tablet was half price and is as they say "brand new graded" as the box had been opened. Very happy with it and they was very good at keeping in touch.

Great service and great price samsung watch ultra

Great service, ordered over the weekend and had a small issue on delivery which they not only communicated quickly and efficiently but went the extra mile to ensure I got my order before i had to catch a flight I had booked on the delivery day.

Great price, but iffy delivery. I was very worried for a couple of days that I'd been scammed cos it was such a low price for a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, and when I asked about delivery they said it would be sent out on two separate occasions before it actually was.

In fairness, they were great when I spoke to them, and upgraded my delivery so I would get it on time. So overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.
