I did a lot of research to find the best Massage Chair. I found it in the Lauraco i9 Custom Medical Massage Chair. Then I looked at as many retailers I could and picked "The Modern Back", in Boynton Beach, FL. I got the best price there. Customer Service was excellent. I was told I wouldn't receive my chair until early February. I purchased in November, 2021. I received the chair on February, 8th. I could not be more satisfied how this purchase went. I watched every video I could find on the Lauraco i9 chair and many other high-end Massage Chairs. It took a couple of months to research as many Massage chairs as possible. I am certain I made the right purchase. I have had the chair for three days now. WOW, what a massage chair. The Daiwa Supreme Hybrid is a wonderful massage chair.

Sale representative was great, easy to order and pleasant to work with. Delivery took longer than expected. White-glove service fell short and was disappointed with delivery service. Modern Back should vet their sub-contractors for white-glove service quality.

Tom Walls is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about this industry and only carries the most reputable brands and top-rated chairs in his showroom. He was very patient with me and took the time to explain all the nuances of the various chairs the day I literally spent like five straight hours in the store going back and forth trying to hone in on the best fit for me. I was retiring an older Inada that served me well for many years but got damaged in my move to Tampa from Georgia. Daiwa is my new toy, and I appreciate the extended warranty offered. One of the best buying experiences I’ve had in a long time. Tom was super helpful and patient and answered all my questions and has kept in touch since my purchase! No sales pressure and the Titan massage chair is everything we’ve been looking for. As a detective for my local sheriffs office the stresses can mount. Coming home and relaxing in our new massage chair has been wonderful. They were very supportive of me as a first responder. Save your back and your money.

We love this chair! My back and sciatic haven't felt this good in a long time. Plus, my wife and I spent $150/month for a one hour massage and tip. Now we have this in our room and use it daily and no longer require the monthly visit. Seems crazy to say but the chair pays for itself! Wisest purchase we've made in a long time.

We bought the Jupiter Titan LE. This massage chair is awesome- has a variety of different massages as well as being able to concentrate on one area. Also since I am tall, the leg extension allows for more comfort. Highly recommend!! In addition, their white glove delivery was outstanding. If you are in the market for a massage chair, definitely recommend going to The Modern Back - very helpful in selecting our chair.
