Scam company. The purchased product looks nothing like the stuff they advertise on Instagram. It is a cheap, plastic knock-off version of what is being shown in the reels. Absolutely horrendous quality and complete waste of money. I tried contacting all email addresses they mention in their website to arrange a return and of course got no response. Do not buy from them and spread the word. I have reported their page on Instagram and you should do the same.

This is a scam for sure... no communication whatsoever after purchasing one of their equipments... no customer support. Nothing arrived and no communication from their side... I was left $$$ burning with no equipment, one of the worse experience online. Please avoid at all cost!!!

Habe das Produkt zu Weihnachten bekommen - leider total enttäuschend! Qualität wirklich schlecht und auch die Soundeffekte sind nicht wie auf Social Media beworben.
Kundenservice zu Beginn wirklich nett, schnelle Beantwortung der E-Mails. Als es dann um Beweisbilder und den Rückversand ging - keine Rückmeldung mehr, trotz mehrerer Kontaktaufnahme-Versuche! Schade ums Geld...

Total scam. No product arrived. It has been 3 months.

C'est une arnaque sans nom, publicité mensongère au travers d'instagram ET sur leur site, la visualisation de produit montre au final qu il ne s agit pas de la même machine. Qui plus est c'est nonn conforme à la description fournie.
Une impossibilité totale d'essayer de renvoyer le produit et demander un remboursement, aucune réponse sur la boîte mail fournie. La machine reçue (impossibilité de suivre le trajet de celle ci d'ailleurs) ne suit pas le rythme de la musique. Elle fait des bruits de dessin animé plus fort que la musique (le jeu des taupes) quand on appuie dessus. Ils spécificient lorsqu'on s'est déjà fais arnaquer que tout produits promotionnel est non remboursable mais ils ne proposent que des produits en promotions.

Very bad quality. I wanted to return the package and they never answered to my request to send me a return label. Also reported them on PayPal cause they won’t let me return the package. I wanted my money back. Don’t buy their products!!!

Una estafa, no es lo que anuncian y no responden para la devolución. Ni se os ocurra comprar nada ahí.

Es una estafa. No tiene número no contestan a las llamadas. Me han robado 165 euro

Compre una máquina y sus guantes de boxeo el 26 de octubre. 141€ y voy a cumplir un mes y el pedido no ha llegado, no responden mensajes. No tienen número de servicio al cliente, su plataforma de seguimiento de envío es una basura, se ha quedado desde el 11 de nov enviado error de seguimiento, y en un correo de Amazon shipping dicen q ahora esta empresa es la que lo enviara. Aún así Amazon tampoco responde y aparece con retraso pero ni idea donde. No hay devolución de dinero, no responden ningún mensaje. Me han estafado bilmente y dicen ser 100% español pero el envío viene de China. Con quien puedo quejarme o devuélvanme el dinero.

Das Produkt ist fürchterlich billig verarbeitet. Der Anbieter arbeitet hier deutlich mit falschem Marketing! Das Produkt ist nicht das, was auf der Homepage beworben wird. Die Homepage allgemein ist irreführend in vielerlei Hinsicht. Es wird mit Superlativen geworben, wovon nicht eine stimmt. Amerika Fahnen auf der Homepage sollen suggerieren , dass es sich hierbei um eine seriöse Firma handelt. In der Beschreibung wird von Läden und Lagern in Europa und Amerika gesprochen: alle Artikel wurden aus China versendet. Das Produkt ist bestenfalls 30€ wert. Leider billiger China Schrott. Schade, da vor allem auf Instagram mit den hochwertigeren Geräten geworben wird. Noch schlimmer ich habe zu wenige Handschuhe bekommen und dann auch noch in der falschen Größe. Music Punch ist weit davon entfernt seriös zu sein. Spart euch das Geld und sucht lieber nach einer Alternative.

Sollte der Hersteller mir die richtigen Handschuhe und das beworbene Gerät von der Homepage liefern und austauschen , würde ich zwei Sterne vergeben.

Update: PayPal hat das Geld zurücküberwiesen zu meinen Gunsten, da der Verkäufer sich nicht mehr meldete ( sc)

Cheap dropship product, not as shown.
Product smaller and cheaper than shown in every way on the website. this is just overpriced dropshipping of items costing a quarter of this price elsewhere. no american or eu company envolved at all. Ordered most expensive unit, probably worth about 20-40 euro tops.
Pricing is bullshit here. Box does not even say "Music Punch" . Only thing on box is "made in china".
Also never had any reply from the inquiry form. And also there is a half price sale going, which is having its last day today, for the last 4 months.

Not even gonna return my unit for a guaranteed refund with their quality service and reviews, just gonna be scammed again.

Oh also the "gloves" are a JOKE.

I came across The Music Punch on Instagram and was interested in making a purchase due to their claim of having 587 reviews with a Trust Score of 4.9 on Trustpilot. However, when I visited their Trustpilot page, I was shocked to find that they have zero reviews. This is clearly false advertising and very misleading. I urge potential customers to verify their claims before making any purchase. It's disappointing to see such dishonest practices from a company. I hope they rectify this and provide accurate information to their customers.
