Tara helped me to focus my mind and thoughts to become more organised and much more able to prioritise life. Tara provides clarity in a really gentle, professional and unassuming manner. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I attended a coaching session with Tara and she is brilliant. I walked in and it was like meeting up with an old friend. She makes you feel so welcome and at ease. She is brilliant at what she does and knows the right questions to ask. I left feeling much more motivated and had a clear path of what I needed to do to achieve my goals.

Hi , I bought the diary with the lock - didn’t see any locking instructions so was afraid to lock incase would not get open.
