Amazing customer service! I ordered a cake online and had such a great experience. The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and took the time to personally reach out to make sure I knew everything that came with my order—even details I might have missed when ordering online.

It’s rare these days to get this kind of personal attention and customer service, especially with an online order. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants to make sure everything is perfect.

The whole experience was easy, pleasant, and honestly made me feel even better about choosing her for our celebration. Highly recommend! ❤️🎂

The sweets from here are amazing and to think my addiction all started with banana pudding… The s’mores cookies are also so amazing… To much to list… what you waiting for go get your snacks now

The sweet treats that I get are a guilty pleasure. I cannot say enough good things about the Neighbor who bakes. You can definitely tell there is so much love being poured out in each treat. 10/10 recommend to anyone who asks me who has good sweets.
My husband LOVES the biscoff cinnamon roll and the chocolate chip cookie. The pumpkin chocolate chip bread and banana nut bread are both of our favorites.
