Awful place. Went there for boxing, I didn’t have the best view so watched through DAZN on my phone. According to security that was “not allowed”. To be honest I watched it at home without someone who... Ver mais

I recently attended the One Republic…
I recently attended the One Republic concert at the O2 Arena, and unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. The seating was extremely cramped, and the walkways were even narrower, creating a genuine risk of falling into the lower rows.
The acoustics and overall sound quality were very poor, detracting significantly from the performance. When I stood up to dance, the people behind me became irritated because they could no longer see the stage, and with no designated dancing area, it felt restrictive and uncomfortable.
The whole experience left me feeling like we were packed into a small barn, with hardly any space to move or enjoy the music freely. I left highly disappointed and do not plan on visiting the O2 Arena again.

I brought 3 tickets to see Enhypen last night. Those tickets should never have been sold at that location, you could only see a part of the stage. NO SCREENS for that location. Some of the songs you couldn’t even see the band because they were further back on the stage. We never even saw the stage set up. At no point of buying these tickets did it say restricted view, tickets were no cheaper, everyone knows the mad rush to buy K-pop tickets they go so fast but no warning of restriction. I would never have brought them with that view, disgusting and a very disappointed teenager.
Very rude staff
Very rude staff! I was visiting the place after work, my first time there, then about 3 very rude guys blocked me saying that I should to go to scan my bag. I replied saying I was not going to a concert. They just ignored me. Unbelievable, they should to learn at least how to communicate. Is not my fault that there were mad people everywhere but the good manners should be a must. Disgusting place!
Could be so good BUT
Could be so good BUT, the queueing system into the venue is bad (and hot) The drink prices are absolutely ridiculous, they’re losing money as people refuse to drink there. Take note o2 venue of some of the reviews you get, you could make more money by not being so greedy.

We went to see Alice Cooper and Judas Priest. Went to retrieve our tickets bought though ticket master and would allow us to login the app. Sharon Blake who was dealing with tickets went above and beyond, printed off our tickets… great customer service from Sharon, deserves a pay rise.. thank you
No Show Times Published
I booked a ticket to see a band at O2 Arena London at £150. Two weeks prior to the concert O2 Arena had still not published show start or end times, meaning I couldn't arrange travel in and out of London.
I tried to contact the venue but the published phone number does not work and the contact form resulted in a template response basically saying 'we dont know when shows start or end'. Insane.
Also no rucksacks, no water bottles and no food can be taken in. I was traveling from the midlands. Do they expect all their customers live locally?
So I had no alternative but to sell my ticket as I had no way of knowing whether I could make the last train out of Paddington in time.
Never again O2 Arena.
Uncomfortable and dangerous
Get better seats please! I’ve been to O2 a few times over the years but my recent experience was awful. Up on level 4 as it’s so high I don’t mind sitting but once the show started everyone in front stood up! I had to stand up as I could not even see the screens. This was so dangerous and staff should tell people on top level 4 seats to sit as it’s so high up. It made me have to stand for the entire 2 hrs which I was not comfortable doing why pay for a SEAT! I might as well gone for standing floor. If your seats were not so uncomfortable people may have sat down. Get rid of the cup holders you’re not a cinema no one can use them.
Tyler
Tyler – an absolutely fantastic artist and performer. His talent and energy were undeniable, and he truly gave everything to the show.
Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the venue setup at the O2 Arena. The experience was significantly diminished by poor event organisation. We were confined to a tightly packed area roughly the size of the centre circle of a football pitch—despite having paid nearly £200 per ticket. Any attempt to move outside this small, cramped space was immediately shut down by visitor safety staff, who insisted we stay within arbitrary boundaries.
This kind of crowd management not only impacted comfort but also dampened the overall atmosphere of what should have been an electric, unforgettable night. A real shame for such an exceptional performance.
Well its hard to believe I could find a…
Well its hard to believe I could find a worse venue than the O2 after booking tickets for War of the worlds with no performance time only to stand in a queue for 2 hours in the bar area but they have beaten it with the O2 Brixton Academy. Here you pay for seats only to find out its a free for all and find you can be standing for a 2 hour performance. Its carnage, people barging you out of the way on stairways to get the best seats. How O2 can put there name to such awful venues (adding here also Islington and Bournemouth) I have yet to discover one that is any good. If I had just updated my phone contract I would leave O2 and go to another supplier.

Long time ago the o2 arena was much better organisation.
Some visitors security yellow t-shirt from the hall really impatient.
Impolite
Today 15th of may I really disappointed long waiting.
High prices!!!
Concert was amazing, and just realised when I've been before that if you sit on either side the sound quality is very poor. The seats are horrible and make your ass hurt after 30 minutes. The worst thing??? The cost of drinks in the venue, it cost £5.50 for a Pepsi and a tenner a pint - I can buy a case of beer at the supermarket for that price!

The app is one of the most infuriating things I’ve ever used. Singing in to your account to access tickets is the only thing I will ever use this app for, I can only imagine that’s the same for everyone else that uses the app, so why is it made to be so complicated? Completely unused friendly and needs to be reviewed urgently
Avoid for Shows
Went to see war of the worlds ticket time said 13:30 doors open 12:30 thought cool we’ll get up there get some food……well turns out the show doesn’t start until 15:00!!!! No one who went to see the show knew that so at least I knew I hadn’t read it wrong. Once in you then had to stand on the first floor until they opened upstairs which was packed with no structure or guidance where to queue (we was there for about an hour) then they let you up stairs where you end up standing around with no seating for another 45 minutes!! What an absolute joke!! A lot of the security was absolutely useless and just liked to bark orders on occasions for no purpose.
Paid a lot to be squashed.
Bought tickets to indigo, floor a, seated. They failed to secure the row in front of us and every time the people shifted it slid back. This landed us with a literal 3 inches of legroom. Couldn’t even stand. Miserable experience that was outright dangerous. Compounded by being 6’4”. Not sure I’d go again, certainly wouldn’t buy floor seats.
The warm up act were awful…
I thought we were going to a Michael Ball an Alfie Boe concert, but the warm up act are absolutely awful which made me feel that we were at a cheap holiday camp. The pair were extremely annoying, sounded as if they were children’s entertainers. We’ve been to see Michael and Alfie on many occasions but the start was nothing but excruciating. Get them off any further shows.
Pigeons eating customers leftover inside the venue
I went to the O2 to have lunch. It was inside but outside the restaurant.
Pigeons were around eating the food left by customers.
This is disgusting.
It says a lot about the cleanliness of the venue.
I finished my meal inside the restaurant.
I won't come back for food.

No help or special assistance when. Accompanying someone a month out of breast surgery. Uncaring attitude and zero help! Avoid if you want good customer support or need help and just after international women’s day! Staff unhelpful, couldn’t care less! Customer service zero! Avoid at all costs!

I went to see Strictly live and I can't thank the assistance staff enough, they provided wheelchair and escort to our seats both before and after the show, really made us feel comfortable. I'm sorry but i didn't get the young lady's name who got us to out seats but Thank you to Louie whe took us right out to the road where our taxi was waiting. They made what could have bee a daunting event very easy to manoeuvre.
