This course gave me so much information on topics I have not learnt anything about.
Topics are outlined simply, information straight forward and beautiful presentation.
Was a pleasure to work through this course.
I already look so much better just from the little hints and tricks I have picked up.
I can also break down a makeup look and replicate much better than before.

I liked several stuff especially the detailed sections like foundation & eyebrows & and kind of lips and sculpting ! over all there is lots of efforts that had been made by the makers ; for me I would like if there had been more of (full face do it together videos' ; some few overall looks to do together as practice ) as far as this course is named or aimed to make a woman her own make up artist so :
I suggest if you add few full face from a-z videos for several categories like :1) everyday fresh look 2) work looks 3) dramatic or special occasion looks
and all of these made by Sharon on herself not models! since we are here to do things on ourselves ; I do appreciate the variety and different skin tones and shapes that was brilliant but if you can add additional section for full face makeup done by yourself this will complete the knowledge and make this course really helpful and a reference that every woman that purchase can refer to !

I was slightly wary when I signed up but I was quickly convinced that it was a good idea. The lessons were quite detailed and I was able to complete at my own pace, try things out and then continue when I get the hang of it. I also found myself trying out most of the look the main trainer had on during the teachings. Loved it!

As a lady of colour, I don't know if all the techniques would work for a person of color too but it certainly gave me a good place to start.

I definitely would recommend them.

I’m a licensed esthetician and something that was disappointing in school was the makeup chapter. Makeup is one of my biggest passions of this industry and it was very breezes over as I’m sure many experienced as well. This program was really all I hoped for and more to feel more confident and prepared to offer this service as a professional. The course is very detailed and being able to follow along with both video and text is amazing! Very pleased with the structure and knowledge of this course and it’s instructors.

My only note is that I would love to see foundation application on a more challenging skin texture such as acne scars and also varieties of skin color. Moreover, I was looking forward to see more of eyebrow tutorials where you have bushy eyebrows and some women don’t enjoy plucking or reshaping their eyebrows.

Amazing course, it's extremely informative and with practical example of any techniques on different typologies of person, plus there is the list of all the products used that I found really helpful.
Is impossible to find such an amount of informations in random video online, I learnt and enjoyed it a lot!

This course was everything I expected and more! I have always found Sharon's YouTube tutorials extremely enjoyable to watch and easy to follow, so I when I found out she was creating an online course, I couldn't wait to sign up. The videos are easy to watch and follow along to and are supplemented by written material which I found helpful and informative. Real life models with different skin types and face structures was perhaps the most valuable part of the course. It really helped me work out what techniques I should be using to achieve certain looks on my face, which is something you just can't grasp when watching YouTube tutorials! I highly recommend this course for makeup lovers and beginners alike.

I was a little concerned at first that it would be the same as a regular youtube video but it was much more than that! It was all very professional, easy to understand, and detailed in every category. I'm very happy that I decided to go to this school specifically. The best part is that I can go back to the videos if I need to review tips again. Thank you so much!

The course was great. It should include a practical assesment where students can submit pictures of their work to validate the understanding of work covered in the course.

Their "The Complete Makeup Course" is brilliant. It really gives you a very good overview on all the things you need to look out for for a perfect make up application. It has helped me understand my skin better and I feel I am able to make the right decisions now on products that suit my skin type and colour. I love that they maintain your access as being able to revisit as many times as you need is very useful for practising and mastering the skills. Thank you to the team at The Online Makeup School!

This was a really good online course that allowed me to view the course and really pay attention when I had the time. You can finish earlier or later then expected and they explain everything very detailed. This is highly recommended!

I felt I knew a fair bit about makeup before I bought this course. The main reasons I bought it initially were because I’ve been following Sharon for years, I love her work, and I decided I could do with a make-up refresher in a convenient format (eg somewhere I could ask questions that wasn’t YouTube), to help evolve my look.

I got that and more, and I’ve been consistently impressed with the content and learning material in The Online Makeup School. For example, Sharon uses models with a range of skin types, which has really helped me gain a better understanding of *why* certain suggestions and advice exist. (And when you know the rules, you can break them! Or at least bend them to better suit you :)) The learning material is organised in a really helpful way too, which allows me to go through it systematically or dip in here and there, for an overview or a deep dive on specific areas, as it suits. In this sense, the depth of content is far superior to anything I’ve seen elsewhere.

Finally, the whole course just looks beautiful 😍 This might be a small thing, but it is important to me because it makes the whole process such an enjoyable experience. I find it makes me want to get out my makeup and give things a go, even when I might be otherwise too busy/ tired/ not bothered, etc.

I reckon anybody interested in upping their makeup game would do well to get their hands on Sharon’s Online Makeup School.

I absolutely knew nothing before starting this course. I had tons of makeup I never wore bc I didn’t know how to apply it correctly, it never looked good and never stayed. The class was awesome. I have a couple of requests for future students. I would have liked to see a few more eyeshadow ideas. They didn’t have to be preformed, a few pics would have been fine. Lastly at the conclusion, a full face of makeup being applied from beginning to end would have refreshed and re-enforced everything that was taught. I will be revisiting the course to study and practice often.

I purchased the full curriculum earlier this week and it really has helped me so far. I've really only started wearing make-up recently (age requires it!!) so I'm a total novice but this course breaks it down and makes the technical aspects easy to understand.
I'd love to see a curriculum for us "mature" ladies or at least videos about eyeshadow tailored to our heavy and crepy eyelids. It's not easy to replicate the videos performed on young, tight and creamy skin!

I've learned so much from The Online Makeup School! I did my training years ago, so it was a wonderful refresher and so comprehensive of modern products.

The colour theory sections are invaluable for anyone who can't figure out which lipsticks, blush and eyeshadows will work best.

Each unit it so well presented and it's so EASY to watch. I've even gone back and rewatched classes just for the company.

I learned so much in the Colour Theory course, specifically use of the color wheel, concealing and step by step processes to cover blemishes, dark circles, etc. It is so useful and I love the workbook!

The classes are really easy to understand and to follow, the material it’s complete and every topic I wanted to learn about it is there. Really happy with this purchase!
