Love the design of this mirror- it’s a great size and quite lightweight so would be easy to hang. Delivery was exceptionally quick.
Unfortunately my mirror arrived damaged so it had to be exchanged for a replacement which was also damaged so was returned as well.
However. customer service were excellent and promptly dealt with my orders and arranged for a refund in full.

Wonderful quality & fast delivery (They said 10 days on the website, and I received my mirror exactly after 10 days.) Also, I’d like to give 5 stars to the three delivery guys who did a fantastic job overall. One of them brought the mirror (which is large and heavy) up to the second floor, and I really appreciated the effort. Amazing service!

Having had a problem with receiving a broken mirror, the situation was resolved so quickly and a replacement sent. The customer service was first class and I would certainly recommend this company!

Unfortunately my mirror arrived with a little damage to one of the corners because the box got damaged in transit. They quickly sorted out a replacement for me. The mirror looks great too!

I had been searching for an over mantel mirror for my bedroom for some time and somehow came across this company. Well I am so so happy with the purchase and the whole ordering and delivery was seemless. The mirror was checked on delivery and wow I am ao happy with it

I was disappointed with the quality of this product. It was poorly finished and did not match what I expected from the online photos.

After returning the item, I did not receive a full refund, meaning I lost £24.99 (courier cost) on a product that did not meet expectations. This added to my frustration with the overall experience.

Based on this, I would not purchase from this seller again.

The mirror I received was beautiful and the customer experience was top tier when asked if delivery could be completed by a certain date!

Quick delivery and beautiful mirror

Great mirror love it ! Well packaged quick delivery highly recommend.

I liked the fact that the delivery men unpacked & checked that the mirror was intact. The only down side was they didn't take the packaging away, being 79 years old I found it very difficult to get rid of it all.
