The cheapest and best!
I was on the lookout for some new sunglasses. I saw a pair of Oakleys I liked and when comparing prices, the Optic Shop were selling them for £100 cheaper than anywhere else.
I received them today and I'm very happy with them, would highly recommend.

I have placed an order 667069 on Google for versace glasses. Two days in, no confirmation email and the company have delibately left out any way to contact them.
I need someone to help me immediately otherwise I will request a charge back.

Great online service
Delivery was prompt, the price was good. I sent the sunglasses back because they didn’t suit me, the returns process was easy and the refund prompt. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again…..which I will because I still need a new pair….

Great price and service
Great price for such a high quality brand. Delivery was quick using DPD next day delivery (£5.95) which was well worth it given the heatwave at the time. Packaging was excellent.

Great personal service from Chris
Great service from Chris. I phoned to check if a certain frame was actually in stock (many online retailers list it, but when ordered they say it is discontinued). Chris went to the stock room & confirmed the frames were in stock. I ordered the last 2 pairs. It was good to have someone provide personal service by going out of their way to check - instead of me potentially wasting my time. Glasses were received promptly. Thanks Chris & The Optic Shop! Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience
I had an amazing experience. Delivery was fast and when I contacted them towards the end of the 28 days to ask about exchanging the sunglasses, they were prompt in their response (there isn't a 'phone line). I ended up keeping them but I would definitely use the store again.
