The protein is nice
The protein is nice. Definitely need to give it a very good shake to mix. Cannot stir this in a glass. It's a pity the clear proteins are a little on the expensive side but overall pleased with product to date.

Buying Experience is Good, Taste Bad
Ordering and delivery are fast and efficient but I really dont like the coffee flavoured version. Weak coffee flavour and aftertaste. Struggling to drink it even with extra coffee and stevia added. Cookies and Cream is much nicer, really regret trying this one. I used to look forward to my shake, now its a trial drinking it but too costly to waste.

I paid extra for next-day delivery
I paid extra for next-day delivery, but my order arrived two and a half days later. It’s not a massive delay, but if you’re charging extra for next-day delivery, you should be clear about what that actually means. Otherwise, customers end up paying extra for nothing.
Update: After posting my original review, the team got in touch to explain the issue and offered a refund as a gesture of goodwill. I really appreciate them taking the time to address my concerns rather than simply ignoring the feedback.
I'm genuinely happy with the product, and the way they've handled this situation has made a real difference. It's great to see a brand that listens to its customers and takes action to put things right.
I've therefore updated my rating from 3 to 5 stars. Thanks again to the team for the excellent customer service!
