Let me start with I have no experience with packaging whatsoever!
When I started looking into getting professional packaging made for my small business the numbers I was getting were scary. Working with Peter at the packaging tree I was able to get pillow boxes in the perfect size for my products at a price I could afford. He allowed me to make a ridiculous amount of changes, again I’ve never done this before! The finished product turned out amazing! I’ve only had them a few days and the launch isn’t til January but the feedback has been unanimous, everyone loves them as much as I do!
The only con which serendipitously turned out to be a pro, was that the sample I ordered was glossy and the final product I received was matte, but it makes the stickers that differentiate between SKUs pop so I’m still giving 5 stars!

I have been working with Peter to get some prices on milk containers. He was super easy to work with.

I relied on some of the positive reviews here despite having serious doubts, only to face acute business disruption and loss caused by my dealings with Packaging Tree. The emailing seemed a bit off and a lot of their images on social media of 'their work' were actually recognisable from pinterest by other packaging companies. Thereafter felt more questionable with lack of any willingness to ever come on a call or let me visit their UK office (despite 8-10 requests). I kept coming back to look at these reviews to give myself assurance and regret it now.

I started our discussions months ago and they responded at all hours of the day and night with tons of reassurances. I had one key requirement - textured paper. I even paid £100 for sampling which took >thrice the duration that they promised. We agreed to some changes and I agreed to pay ~£15 per box. Given my concerns I asked them 6 times on email to show me the paper when ready before they start making boxes. They readily agreed and assured as they do with everything. I kept chasing for delivery. Thereafter after again double the timeline they promised and acute delays to my business, I get a far cheaper version. Not textured paper, but plain which is easily 1/3 the price anywhere. It was totally a bait and switch and now I don't see their instagram profile but I see a smaller account with 'Peter' and 'marcel' prefixed. Totally misrepresented and has caused serious problems.

This was an absolutely amazing experience with The Packaging Tree team. We would like to thank Marcel specifically for helping us create the MOST beautiful Tomato Paste Mylar Bags. Our team would sent countless emails going back and forth on particular details and this would always be done without fail, the customer service and delivery time is UNMATCHABLE they provide the free delivery in Burundi. I've been working with Peter over the last few months to order new boxes for our soap bars. We were previously working with another box manufacturer, but Peter reached out offering better quality and prices. He produced samples for us and they came out great. Production time is pretty fast and he's been very responsive with any questions I had. They were also able to provide us with a plastic-free liner, as we are an eco-friendly company, which was amazing! We'll continue using his services and highly recommend them.

Peter Berns is a 5 star business rep his attention to communication is fantastic and the sample products are beautiful. Packaging has always been a nightmare for me but they custom made boxes for my honey jars at a price that was great and affordable.
