Terrible Courier and Lies.
I placed an order for 2 packs of sealing bags - only 2. 11 days later and I am being told another order will have to be shipped out (got told the same thing yesterday), because the amazingly reliable courier service they use......Evri couldn't deliver bad news if they tried. Now I am fully aware this is Evri's problem and I have plenty of problems with them, however I really don't like being lied to. Please don't try and reassure customers that you will re-send items out in order for them to be delivered and don't follow through with it. The nerve of then being asked if we would be okay to pay money to return 1 of the orders if both of them got delivered was the punchline of this joke. I will not be returning to purchase from this company and If I could give any advice to stop other customers doing the same, 1: Change your courier service because its known nationwide Evri are terrible and 2: If you say you're going to send a replacement - please just send it, don't then tell the customer the day after the exact same thing.

We bought mailing bags from this company many times to mail out our smaller items. As an online business our service is paramount. With our last order there was a problem that was eventually and successfully remedied. Once the Packaging Zone identified the issue they sent our ordered out 'next day' which helped a lot. All in all, they are a great company to deal with.

2 orders both short shipped...
This is the 2nd order placed and both were short shipped. 1st time I let go as a simple packing error, unfortunately after the 2nd time I contacted customer service to advise. They asked for pictures as proof it was short shipped....I order 500+ bags, how am I meant to show proof? Took over a week to resolve and when they did resolve they advised to dispose of the damaged item?? It was short not damaged. I will not be using this company again...

Fantastic service. I live offshore and often find problems with companies delivering or charging a fortune to deliver. My package arrived quickly and the bags are great quality, exactly what I needed. I will be using them again.

Every bag out of 100 the sticky strip couldn’t be pulled off to stick down the parcel. Had to use sellotape which defeats the purpose of the delivery bag.
