Quick delivery and same great quality!

I ordered Russell cotton shorts. After washing them I noticed the inside pocket linings were sewn poorly, the threads were coming undone and they were not attached to the waistline like the pairs I already own. I contacted customer service and they told me they'd send me a return label. They never did. I contacted them again, and this time they told me they do not send return labels and to follow the return instructions on their site which were lengthy and not very clear. So, I hand wrote the return address on the box they sent me, with the shorts, and all their ridiculous requirements (they could of easily got the info off the original order form) and I had to pay for shipping. When they received the shorts they told me they could see nothing wrong with them. They told me they would not reimburse me for the shipping and there would be also be a 25% return to stock fee too. I was furious! After several arguing emails I finally received a full refund. I will never order from this retailer again, because I do not trust the quality of their products, and mainly because of all the hassle they put me through. FYI: I ordered more shorts from Amazon and they were sewn correctly.

Shipping time is too long, it takes the same time it would buying it from china, they say they have different Wearhouses and it takes time to get the order. But It's taking 3 weeks to get here and Shipping from Cali usually take a 7day.

Too many hats crammed into one box for shipping, customer service not much help. Guess that’s why the prices are low.
