Great customer service
I ordered some some Reta and bac water from the peptide code which unfortunately took a while to be dispatched due to circumstances out of their control. When I enquired about it, Michelle very kindly sent me an extra Reta as a gesture of goodwill and put it on a next day delivery which i was extremely pleased with. This is the 2nd time that I’ve purchased from the peptide code and I’ve got to say that I’m really impresssed and happy with the service I’ve received from them. Based on a genuine experience
Although ordering and delivery were quick- my product arrived warm - heat wave kinda day - so not entirely the company’s fault. I stuck it in the fridge straightaway and intended on using it at a later date. However, after a lot more research, a nagging feeling got me digging. My product arrived with papers (complete with QR code to “independently verify”) so I used Companies House to check both this company and the verifying lab. It struck me as quite strange that ThePeptideCode was incorporated just a few days (21/3/26) before the verifying lab (23/3/26). Perhaps I’m just being paranoid but I think I’ll trust my spidey-senses on this occasion, peg this mistake down to excitement and lack of suitable research (my fault entirely) and forego the use of this product. That being said, these things are not cheap and I would implore anyone else who is ordering to double check *everything* before use. (Sadly the cost of sending this off to be tested myself slightly outweighs the cost of the product itself). Perhaps I’ll check them again in a few years time, but for the time being, I’m afraid I’m taking my business elsewhere. [Also, just to check the trustworthiness of other reviewers, I opened a trustpilot account with a completely made up name… I’ll let you make of that what you will]

We are also considered by TrustPlilot as "Most Relevant" in the UK as you can see by some of our flawless reviews from our customers. You are the sole individual who has has made this false allegation and under a false name with 0 attempt to remedy or contact.
To help us look into this properly, could you please send us clear images of the certificate you received? We’d be happy to review it for you.
For clarity, ThePeptideCode LTD was not operating before the 23rd of March 2026, so we do not hold or issue any certificates validated prior to that date.
We are also completely unrelated to the third-party service PeptideVerify.co.uk, which likewise holds 0 certificates in the ThePeptideCodes name from before May 2026 onwards..
As the company did not exist on 23 March 2026, it would not have been possible for us to have issued or paid for a certificate on the date you claim being the 21/03/2026 as there was no business bank account, nor business and each certificate costs in excess of £400.
We honestly feel embarrassed for you that you make such a claim under a false name when all of these certificates are public information, available on our website at https://thepeptidecode.co.uk/verification-testing and PeptideVerify.co.uk.
You have also made this claim under a false identity so we cannot look into this for you without you reaching out to us via WhatsApp, E-Mail or Telephone. Nor have you provided us any information or attempted to contact us in any way, shape or form.
If you could share the certificate directly with us at support@thepeptidecode.co.uk or via WhatsApp, we’ll gladly send you copies of our valid certificates from May and June 2026 and clarify everything for you. We’re here to help resolve any confusion.
