Dealt with David in store, he and Cheryl were both really helpful and got a great deal on 2 of my favourite perfumes which were on offer.

Banbridge store was class, perfect service. Really tailored and personal got exactly what I needed.

Thanks to Olivia for all her help recently - didn’t know what I wanted and she spent a lot of time giving me great advice and ended up getting exactly what I needed. Great customer service which doesn’t always happen these days.

Went to the Banbridge store and the people there couldn’t have been more helpful. I was offered many samples and Olivia spent time helping me pick out a perfume for my wife. The Miss Dior is a must buy!

Had my first visit into the Banbridge store last week and was very impressed with the customer service from the moment I entered the store. 2 ladies were working and both greeted me and my kids with smiles. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and the lady helping us was happy for us to take our time and helped us go through plenty of fragrances until we settled on one. My daughter was also very pleased that she had the same name as the lovely lady (Olivia)

I had a lovely experience in the banbridge shop testing out which product was right for me with the amazing help from your staff member Olivia who took the time to let me try a lot of different brands and scents. I left the shop happy with my new purchase which I’m delighted with.

Just mate a visit to the store and was greeted by Olivia & David. Great held and knowledge and I came away with some great smells. I will definitely be back to the Banbridge store.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I didn’t get the lady’s name but she had blonde, naturally curly hair and she was fantastic! So so helpful and really made me feel like a valued customer.

Just a wee shout out to Olivia in the Banbridge store today...I went in only for a wee look, no real intention to buy, but she was so helpful, knew her scents, happy to spritz on as many wee testers as I wanted, but wasn't overbearing or pushing a sale on me...as a result, I ended up buying a bottle! I visited TPS in The Boulevard and was kindly greeted by Olivia. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for, she went through a number of fragrances with me letting me test on card first then on skin with my favourites. She was kind and listened to my preferences and I end up finding a new fragrance. My experience was excellent and will be back again

Ilze Was incredibly helpful and patient with us today. Took the time to help us find the scents were were looking for. Decent deals as well.

Today, I was greeted with kindness and friendly smile. Olivia, from TPS Banbridge delivered exceptional customer service. I was not entirely sure what I wanted, but she worked with me and explained all on offer. She went the extra mile to ensure I was happy and we found the right fragrance for my skin type. Wow, what fantastic customer service we received today, Dawn was knowledgeable and very helpful today whilst we made our purchase. She offered and registered our loyalty card, gave us little testers and the experience was 2nd to none! I would be proud to have Dawn on my sales force, her enthusiasm and passion was exceptional. Pay rise should be given for going over and beyond what you’d expect!
