Exceptional Service and Great Prices
I had a fantastic shopping experience thanks to the manager Michelle and Abby. Both ladies were exceptional in their roles—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding gifts for my family back home in Canada , making the whole process enjoyable and stress-free.
Their excellent customer service, combined with the great prices available in store, made it a real pleasure to shop there. It’s rare to find such a welcoming and professional team. Thank you to both of you for making my visit such a positive experience. Highly recommended!

Incredible staff @ Barnsley store.
Initially the perfume I ordered had been shipped with a item missing and note on the back stating that it had been smashed, unfortunately this caused lot of stress. There was no way to get into contact with customer service through web chat or phone. We took the gift set to the Barnsley store and were treated exceptionally by staff ( Abigail, Alicia and Michelle ) going above and beyond to amend the issue for us and I’m incredibly grateful for such a warm and kind service. For the staff memebers I would give a million stars.
