I visited The Perfume Shop near…
I visited The Perfume Shop near Victoria Square in Belfast, and I had such a great experience.
All of the staff were friendly and helpful, but I especially want to thank Ashleigh. We came in with quite a small budget for perfumes, but she never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. She was incredibly patient, took the time to show us each and every perfume, and helped us find the perfect fragrances within our price range. Even when we decided to spend a little over our original budget, she made sure we got the best value for our money.
Ashleigh was cheerful, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us. She even gave us some lovely freebies, which was a really thoughtful touch.
I honestly couldn’t fault the service. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this store. Thank you, Ashleigh, for making our visit so enjoyable

Excellent Experience
Service at this level really makes a difference. Leah is a fantastic ambassador for the brand. She went above and beyond to help me with a product that wasn’t available in her store, proactively directing me to colleagues at nearby branches who were able to support.
Because of her effort and teamwork, I managed to purchase the three items I had been looking for. The entire experience felt seamless, supportive, and genuinely centred around the customer.
I’ll definitely return and would happily recommend the store to others.
