Lizzie went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfume when it was out of stock

Had a lovely shopping experience at the Blackpool Branch. Tracey was extremely helpful, assisting in our purchase of a gift. Overall lovely shopping experience.

I ordered five bottles (Givenchy, Dolce & Gabbana, Jimmy Cho, Boss, and Velvet Elixir) of perfume from The Perfume Shop online, and they were delivered on the 28th of June.

The good thing is that I received the package myself, and as it came, it was already broken. The box had glue in four places, and all four places had pulled/opened. I had to ask the delivery guy why it was broken, and he said that's how he was given.

I then proceeded to look through the holes and discovered it was just two perfume and two gifts items that were inside, I rushed out quickly and asked why they weren't complete and he said he doesn't know that that's how he was given.

I then immediately went inside the house and contacted the perfume shop online customer care. The gentleman spoke nicely on the phone and told me he was opening an inquiry for me, as I sent the photos of how the box came.

He also explained that the particular box i had received was supposed to contain three perfume whilst the other two were on their way in a separate shipment.

Then we discovered it was the Boss Bottled Absolu that was missing.

Days after 30th May 2025, lady by the name Leah, reached out to me by email to let me know that they trust their shipping partners, meaning I must have received the package since they trust their partner..

By that, what they inferred was that they didn't trust me who had spent my hard earned money to buy the perfumes. So I was told sorry there's nothing more they could do.

As you can guess, I was furious and responded that I was going to take this to social media since I have huge followership and subscribers on YouTube and Instagram. I also reiterated that I am a man of integrity who wouldn't trade his name and influence for a bottle of perfume.

I added that I reserved the right to put up such a story on YouTube. That peradventure, I would make my money back from YouTube views since it was now clear I had lost on this.

Then, on the 2nd of June, a lady called Danielle reached out to me with the most bizarre and infuriating response ever. She said I should check my house, that may be it would be there somehow.

At this point, I concluded that this was no longer a one person thing. It was now either a company problem or an online representative issue.

Yes, my response was, as you can imagine.

BUT THERE WAS NO WAY I COULD FOLLOW UP WITH CREATING CONTENT ABOUT THE SHOP AND POSTING ONLINE, BECAUSE OF THE BLACKPOOL BRANCH AT HOUNDSHILL

I have been a customer with The Perfume Shop Blackpool, Kiosks 3, 4 & 5, The Perfume Shop Blackpool, Hounds Hill Shopping Centre, Victoria St, Blackpool FY1 4HY for atleast seven years and I know how good they are.

And it doesn't matter if or whether they hired new staff or old staff, they always treat me and other persons right. You can not go to the perfume shop Blackpool and be sad.

I knew that was A CULTURE within them because it wasn't just one person who treated you right at The Perfume Shop Blackpool. I KNEW THEY HAD SUCCESSFULLY BUILT A BELIEVE SYSTEM AND CULTURE amongst themselves, which they pass on to their clientele/ customers.

So i approached the store when I had the chance about five days after the horrible treatment i had received online from only God knows where those persons (Leah & Danielle) are located. When i got to the perfume shop at houndshill and explained all that had transpired to TRACY, she heard my story and felt really bad.

Her words " That is not what we represent at The Perfume Shop & we cannot treat our customers right on ground and have them receive a different treatment online" Then she proceeded to say "Would you please leave this with me so I chase up on it please. We are truly sorry " Then as I continued explaining she (TRACY) said to me " We know you and your person, what they have insinuated online is not whom you are, please let me handle this" It was at that point I almost shed tears openly.

Oh yes I am a very emotional mam, but the black man in me would not allow me to cry openly, hehehe, we bottle up too much. So I trusted Tracy to handle it.

And on June 10, 2025, a Mr. Ryan contacted me via email and said they were sorry, that they would categorize me not receiving the Perfume as missing or stolen and went further to ask if I would want them to send it to me, issue a refund or send it to the Store at The Perfume Shop Houndshill, Blackpool.

I responded it should be sent to The Perfume Shop at Houndshill, Blackpool.

In summary, if you ever want to be treated with respect, worth, sense of belonging, GENUINE LOVE, and appreciation, please find your way to THE PERFUME SHOP BLACKPOOL

Went to houndshill Blackpool and glad I did I spoke to an amazing g lady called Amanda what a star she was nothing was too much for Howe and most of all I got an amazing offer on my favourite perfume. Thank you so much Amanda illl be back again soon. xxx 5 *****♥️

Excellent friendly service, prices really good too and the wrapping which was 1st class was a lovely finishing touch to the Birthday gift, probably the best place for fragrances and much more in Blackpool & The Fylde Coast.

I needed help with finding a new fragrance for my boyfriend and Amanda helped me do so. She was so friendly and genuinely went out of her way to help me find the right scent for him. We had a lovely chat and she made me feel so welcome as I’d recently moved to the area. Because of her and her bubbly character, I’m most definitely shopping at TPS again in future. I look forward to seeing Amanda again :)

Donna was fantastic in helping me decide which aftershave to go for , was so helpful .Once I explained it was a present for my grandson she then explained it could be wrapped with his name and age for birthday.

I visited The Perfume Shop in Blackpool and had a lovely experience! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I bought Narciso Rodriguez For Her, which smells absolutely beautiful—elegant, feminine, and long-lasting. The presentation was perfect and I really appreciated the great customer service. I’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommend this store!

HOUNDS HILL , BLACKPOOL . Looked after by Amanda very helpful with a good sense of humour thrown in . Tried the Aramni Acqua di Gio but Amanda and I agreed was lacking in body against my Skin ! After a few helpful suggestions and testers ,Plumped for Azzarao Wanted [ Black ]
