Olivia, what an absolute lovely person to communicate to. WOW, wish I could take her home with me. 100/10 service. She definitely deserves a raise!!!!

Great experience felt very welcomed and respected, staff members are very kind and polite, Especially Donna’ she sorted all my worries out and helped me pick my girlfriend a nice perfume!

Me and my dad came into the shop looking for a specific perfume for my mum, and Satty, one of the workers at the shop, was sooooo beyond helpful!!! She helped us in every way possible to try and find my mum's favourite scent! I have previously visited myself before and been served by Satty, so I know Satty's excellent customer service is not a one off, and always consistent!! On arrival i was slightly confused on what to buy with all the options. The girl Zara working there was amazing, such a helpful kind soul. Made my visit very easy & quick, would definitely return for any future purchases.
