Lewis served us and gave me great advice. A lovely young man who is fantastic at customer service.

Whenever I have visited this place I have always been welcomed. I always will get asked if im looking for anything in particular. Great customer service and good recommendations if you don’t know of what to get. Overall is a must visit place if you love fragrances or would love to start getting into fragrances.

I went to the Cabot store for a return and a new fragrance. The staff were extremely helpful and helped me find a new perfume to replace my previous fragrance which had been discontinued. They were also really helpful and helped me to return another item. Shout out to Lou, Emily and Kacey for being so great! Highly recommend this store 😁

Visited the Cabot Circus store in Bristol, where Renee was very friendly, professional and helpful, guiding me to purchase Carolina Herrera Bad Boy Cobalt Elixir Eau de Parfum. Renee was excellent, the way retail should be...engaging, chatty, helping with ideas and suggestions. Great experience, thank you.

I had such a great service at the Broadmead store. Lou & Orion were so pleasant and helped me get my gift wrapped and sorted. Would definitely be coming back.

Went in today to get a perfume for the other half. I was served by Lewis and he provided an excellent service. He wrapped my present for me and offered the personalised ribbon for a nicer touch. He was brilliant throughout the entire transaction. Definitely should hire more Lewis’
