Helpful, friendly, a great experience
I went to the Clumber Stret branch in Nottingham today and was served by a fantastic staff member named Laura. After a very quick overview of what I was looking for she delivered 5 different scents that covered the bases. She really knew her stuff. In fact, 3 were so on point that I struggled to decide. I will be going back next month for another... and possibly the month after. Laura was attentive, approachable and had great rapport. Not only did she understand my ask incredibly well, we had a good natter too. I hope she's serving when I go back.

Great staff and even better prices
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, Tamara was fantastic at providing her expertise and definitely knows how to tempt you into buying something you wasnt planning on buying in the first place.
Overall very happy and would recommend anyone to visit, especially as they provided the cheapest fragrances that I could find.

Just Amazing!
I was looking for an aftershave for my partner as the one he uses has been discontinued. Marshall at Clumber Street Nottingham branch was amazing. He knew just what I was after. Although they had never stocked the discontinued aftershave, he was able to find the notes in it and find ones they had that were similar. Amazing help and amazing customer service, Thank you :)

Visited your store on clumber street today and was amazed by the service I received from the lovely staff member, Laura I think she was called. After numeros testers, Tamara and the rest of the lovely shop assistants at the Clumber Street Nottingham branch pointed me in the direction of purchasing a bottle of,
MONTBLANC LEGEND RED EDP.
So i ended up with a proper, proper lush Aftershave (buy it you will not be disapointed).
