I called your Colchester shop this morning and spoke with Lottie. She was so polite and engaging and answered all my questions efficiently and wished me well. I then visited the shop to make my purchase. Lottie served me and when I confirmed what I wanted, she then said ‘was it you I spoke with earlier today?’.
