The staff were a bit rude and don’t exactly know how to talk to paying customers. The staff I talked to was very rude and talked to me as if I was dumb and clueless (I have been collecting fragrances for over 6 years now so I MIGHT know a few things). She did not know how to handle the situation that I was in. From that interaction alone, you lost a customer that would have brought in thousands of pounds a year.

Still my favourite perfume
My absolute favourite perfume hands down! Nothing has changed in scent since I was 18, im now 40, my daughter instantly loved the smell and I had to order another bottle, a little strange because shes now 18 wearing and smelling exactly like her mama at 18, all her friends now want it! The perfume shop seems to be the only place I can find this perfume, I was kept updated throughout the whole delivery process, it was delivered with such care both times, well packaged aswell, bonus!
5* from me! Can't wait to order more of Ed Hardy 😍
