We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Paul was really helpful with my shopping experience
Paul was really helpful with my shopping experience. Even though I was in a dilemma, he was patient and proactive, also stepped back giving room for me to contemplate.
When I was ready to make a decision he made me feel good about it. I walked in the shop not knowing if I'll find what I'm after or if I was going to eventually buy it.
At the end I got the perfume I wanted and I left the shop happy. He is a great salesman.

Cara was so helpful today
Cara was so helpful today. I had no idea which perfume to try as l have had the same one for 20 years. She spent time explaining the different products and guiding me thought the perfumes. Ended up spending almost £100 for a bottle but lm sure it will be the right choice and will be back when this bottle is empty 🙏

I walked in with what just thoughts, came out happy and satisfied. Callie c3 was so amazing and lovely. She was patient and definitely knows her stuff. I had a great experience at the store thanks to Callie. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and making thoughtful recommendations without being pushy.
The packaging was beautiful and thoughtfully done, and being able to add a personalized message on the ribbon was such a nice touch and made the gift feel even more unique.
