Your staff member was wonderful. She was extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable and she went out of her way to help me. The product was ordered online and it arrived faultlessly well ahead of schedule.

I went into this shop looking for a particular perfume to which I couldn’t remember the name of it. I described it to this shop assistant I think named Tiyana and she was more than helpful.
She was very patient and pleasant with myself and I will be shopping again in this store.

I’m not very good at choosing the right fragrance for me but the lady that served me was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I might like. She asked questions and I left with a beautiful new fragrance. This was in Lisburn and I think the lady’s name was Carrie

walked in today with my mum looking for a particular perfume/aftershave for my boyfriend for his b-day, and when i asked the two lovely staff members in the Lisburn mall perfume shop they were so attentive. I specifically asked for a set of this parfum and the woman serving me gave me an amazing product that was on offer and was the exact thing i was wanting to get him. she also gift wrapped it for me and it looks lovely and even got a customized ribbon!! absolutely amazing staff in there and they helped me get an absolute bargain too.

Sourced the required perfume while I was in the shop and it was delivered in 2 days. Super service

Visited Lisburn shop Bt28 1aw and received excellent service from Carrie who was very helpful and attentive. Purchased a box set and 3 filled atomisers. Great sales assistant, good small shop , excellent offers.

Staff very helpful and hot delivery to the shop and most of all was informed of the offers that made my mind up to buy

Went to pick up and it wasn't wrapped, although I had paid an extra £3.95 on website for this. Sales assistant told me that if I had ordered in shop they wouldn't have charged for wrapping! Nice to know, Perfume Shop.

I purchased the wrong perfume for my partner online, brought it into the Lisburn shop were the girls were great, exchanged it and were more than pleasant, which is hard to find in this day and age. Highly recommended, great service!!
