Free gift non existent
I recently ordered a perfume online from this shop, mainly because it was advertised as coming with a free travel bag that would be automatically added to the basket.
However, when I went to collect my order from the Luton Mall store, I was told that there was no free bag available. I then contacted customer support, but unfortunately the issue wasn’t resolved.
I don't want to sound petty, but more something for others to be aware of. The offer was a key factor in my decision to purchase, so it was disappointing that it wasn’t honoured or clarified at the point of collection.
Overall just worth double-checking promotional offers before relying on them.
