The staff inside the shop are always lovely and attentive every time I go in! I absolutely love the fact they wrap your gifts and you can even had a personalised ribbon.
Would recommend for the customer service alone

Very impressed with my recent visit at the perfume shop. I went in to buy some perfumes for some friends and family and was helped by Becky. She was very friendly and didn't rush me when I was unsure. She helped me pick perfumes within my budget and was very attentive to what sort of smells that were popular. Once I was done selecting, she wrapped them up very nicely with a ribbon. Very impressed with her service and the gift wrapping offered!!

I went into five different shops to look for a specific perfume-out of stock everywhere! But, I had a very good experience at The Perfume Shop as Claire suggested different options that could work and when I wasn’t sure about that, she offered that I could take some of the tester product. Amazing customer service and such a positive experience!!

I needed something for my best friend, she has loads of perfume but the team member who I spoke with was brilliant, she really understood what I was looking for. Ended up buying something for myself aswell.

Speedy delivery brilliant product

Wasn't sure what I really wanted just knew I needed a new perfume, the member of staff was so understanding and really listened to what I liked and gave me some great options, I actually bought two bottles. Fantastic service I would recommend the Nottingham Victoria centre store to anyone. Thankyou for a great experience.

Last time, your company were running a promotion where spending £60 or more would get a 20% discount. However, when I was shopping, your sales assistant didn’t inform me about this offer. I ended up spending £55, and at the time, I was considering buying an extra bottle of perfume. If your staff had told me about the promotion, I would have purchased both.

After leaving the store, I realized there was a discount, so I went back in to speak with your staff. However, they told me that since the transaction had already been completed, they couldn’t apply the discount. I was quite disappointed.

Visited Nottingham store, my perfume was out of stock. The assistant was very helpful and ordered it( to be delivered to my house).

The shop was very helpful but my product was out of stock so had deliver to the shop.
My delivery arrived at the shop on Friday the 7th dec by Royal Mail as I have the app on my phone & it tracks delivery & tells me when it’s arrived but by the Sunday 9th dec still not had a message from perfume shop to say it’s arty& ready for pick-up ringing them Monday to find out what’s happening
